Very cozy and peculiar independent apartment in the heart of Rome.
It consists of two floors. On the ground floor we have a living room with a double sofa, a table with chairs, a kitchenette, a corner for breakfast with coffee machine, a armchair and TV. On the second floor we have a bedroom with wardrobe high mirror, a bathroom with shower, so that up to 2 guest can comfprtably reside. It's NOT ALLOWED to host more than 2 guests.
The apartment is fine ancient wooden furnished with good taste. Independent heating system and Air Conditioning, WiFi internet connection.
The address of this apartment is Via della Scrofa.
If you visited a website map and inserted the address you could have the correct idea about its perfect location. From there the most important sights of the City can be reached with a short walk. You are just in the heart of the centre. 200 metres from Piazza Navona and Pantheon, 300 metres from Spanish Steps or Trevi Fountain and, in the opposite direction, just crossing the Tiber, you can reach Sant’Angelo Castel and St.Peter Cathedral (400 metres).
This kind of place and its perfect location is the best way to spend your holiday in Rome without any stress or any problems, and at right price too.

Communication with Toni was easy and also organised Airport transport through him. Met Christina on arrival who was very helpful in explaining things. Place is small but neat and tidy. Hot water service a bit tricky to get shower temperature right. Bathroom a bit musty so left window open whilst we were there. Great location, nice and quiet. Bed comfortable. Overall a good place to stay for a couple.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car.

This small, dark studio is in a good location, steps to Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. On the negative side - it is extremely small and rather expensive for what it is. All the dishes were dirty and unwashed; there is a bar right outside the apartment and it is extrenmely loud on Friday and Saturday nights. There is zero natural light in the studio which makes it unpleasant to stay there for extended periods of time during the day. We are regular visiotrs to Rome and were quite disappointed this time with our choice of accomodation.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 3/3

The location is perfect, walking distance to everything right in the center of Rome, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, etc. The unit is very small, it is on 2 floors and there is only one window which is in a small street. There will be no natural light in this unit so bring a clock so that you know what time it is. If you like interior rooms on a cruise, you will like this one. There is a large draftsman table in the living room that takes up a lot of space. The owner claims it is there for the next renter. Make sure they remove it becasue it really is in the way. We had a car which was a lot of trouble, parking and riding in the city is very difficult. Other than that, enjoy Roma!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car.

The apartment was clean, tastefully decorated and in a safe location (the carabinieri are right outside your door). We really enjoyed the peaceful respite from the hustle and bustle of Rome, and slept very well in the large comfy bed. It doesn't get much natural light and there wasn't much space to store our two large suitcases but that wouldn't prevent us from staying here again. Very convenient location near the Pantheon and Piazza Navona; 15-20 minute walk to St. Peter's and just around the corner from the Number 87 bus to the Colosseum. Yummy bakery and great espresso are just a few steps away and the Despar grocery store is about a 5-minute walk. The apartment isn't close to a metro station so we asked Toni to arrange a private car to pick us up from and bring us to the airport. Would highly recommend as the service was great and very punctual both ways. Toni quickly responded to our emails and was very helpful. We look forward to staying here again the next time we visit Rome!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car.

Apartment was our sanctuary, as we had no baggage for several days. Restaurants, bakeries, small cafes, the pharmacy, and great clothes shopping within a quick walk. Very close to the taxi stand, Pantheon and Piazza Navona. Perfect size for a couple and we appreciated the cleanliness, refrigerator, computer, and air conditioning. It is small by American standards, but all you need, since there is so much to experience in the immediate area.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

My fiancee and I stayed several days in this wonderful apartment near the Pantheon. We had a wonderful time and the place was as nice as advertised. The place is a quiet retreat from the hustle of Rome. It is very close to both the Pantheon and Plaza Novana (less than 5 minutes). There is a grocery store down the street which was helpful for breakfast and snacks. Toni was very helpful in getting us all situated before hand even when our flight got delayed by a day.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

The location is really great - very close to both the Pantheon and Piazza Navona and the Vatican was around a 15-20 minute walk. The apartment is quiet at night, had everything we needed and was a good size for 2 people. The pictures are accurate. The parts we were less excited about include that it doesn't get much natural light (there is one window that spans the lower and upper floors but as the apartment is on an alley, not much light comes through). The bathroom is a bit old (the rest of it doesn't feel that way though) and didn't seem to be super clean. There is also a funny hot water situation in which you need to turn on the sink at the same time as the shower to get hot water.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car.

I stayed at this apartment for 5 days and absolutely loved it! I cooked in the small kitchen and even though there is little counter top space, it worked out well. Everything I needed for cooking was there. The only trick was finding the kitchen light switch (behind the ironing board) and figuring out the hot water for the shower. The apt. is perfectly located to quickly walk to Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. There is a grocery store and bus stop just 2 blocks away. The neighborhood is very safe and I felt comfortable going out at night without any problem. There is also a computer w/ internet and a large flat screen tv if you want to catch the news or relax. I just loved it and would stay here again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

This apartment is in a great location. It's in a quiet neighborhood & we were never woken up by outside traffic or noise. We felt very safe. We never did any cooking, but it was nice to have a small refrigerator. The apartment is small, but was the perfect size for the two of us. Overall, we were happy with our stay.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car.
