This completely renovated, 4 bedroom/3.5 bath beach house is perfect for your next family vacation, getaway w/friends, or even a church group retreat. This spacious home is open, airy and tastefully furnished. The kitchen is well-equipped w/new stainless steel appliances. There are games and activities galore. The screen porch is a delightful spot to relax and enjoy the breeze and the ocean and intercoastal waterway views. Sun decks on the main and upper levels provide alternative spots to the beach. Access to the beach is less than 300 feet from the house. This home is no smoking/no pets. We welcome rentals from families and responsible adults over the age of 25. The house has beds for 9, but room for 13-15 if you bring air mattresses. No pets and no smoking in this home, please.
Sunset Beach is the Southern-most island on the North Carolina coast and just 20 minutes from North Myrtle Beach. When you cross the one lane floating swing bridge onto Sunset Beach island, you will instantly relax. Sunset Beach is one of North Carolina’s most peaceful beaches with over 200 feet of natural dunes before the first row of homes.
The atmosphere is quiet and family-oriented, even during peak season months. One of the Nation’s most beautiful wildlife preserves – Bird Island – is just a short walk down the beach. Observe deer, wild goats, sea turtles, and other sea life as well as enjoy miles of undeveloped dunes and marsh areas.
If you're a golfer, you don't have to travel far to enjoy dozens of courses. Also, we're close to many local conference centers (Sea Trail is one), making our home a nice alternative to hotel lodging.

- The house sits on Canal A, which has deep water access to the intercoastal waterway. Day trips to explore the marsh, boat to dinner, or jet ski in the intercoastal are great activities to add to your beach vacation.

- Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Families and responsible adults over the age of 25 are welcome to rent our home. No house parties or large groups. Sunset Beach regulations do not allow more people to stay in the house than there are beds.

Hello! Thank you for your interest in our beach house at Sunset Beach, NC! We renovated this home in the Summer of 2008 and it's now ready for visitors. This home has a canal for boat access to the intercoastal too. We rent Sunday to Sunday in the Summer (full weeks only) and nightly in the off season (2 night min stay).
