This home has the best location possible! It is located in a Cul De Sac just 5 short minutes from Disney and Hwy 192.

Newly refurbished in July 2008 with further ugrades in October 2009 it has a Private screened pool and has a fully fenced garden area which gives total privacy around the pool the garden is lawned with basket ball net. There is an air conditioned Games Room fitted with a pool table and an air hockey/table tennis table.

All public areas are tiled with carpets in the bedrooms.

This fully air-conditioned detached house is light and airy. It has 2 master en-suite bedrooms one with a King bed and the other with a Queen bed. There are 2 twin bedrooms sharing a 3rd full bathroom. The home is furnished in a contemporary style throughout with 2 new (July 08) 3 seat recliner settees and every conceivable item is supplied, including linens, towels, iron, cooker, dish washer, washer, dryer and more. All common areas are tiled.

All Bedrooms have cable TV and the twins have either a DVD or a Play Station 2

Fitted new in July 2008 all rooms have modern ceiling fans for your comfort.

  • Absolutely wonderful! A beautiful house equipped with everything we needed to feel like we were at home. Perfect location to Disney, especially when taking a theme park break for children's naps. We came back to the house for lunch and a nap and returned to the Magic Kingdom until the fireworks. On our non-theme park day, we enjoyed the pool and took our daughter to the play ground just 2 blocks away. We have recommended your house to friends and family.

  • we just returned from our week at your house. We were thrilled with your place. It was everything as described. The house was so big that the 3 families had lots of room to roam, play and have quiet and privacy when needed. The location was superb. Everything you need is so close from groceries, shopping, great restaurants and of course the short hop to the Disney gate. Thanks for creating such a comfortable and well furnished paradise.
