  Just got back home and thank you so much for having such a beautiful and perfect place for us to stay while we were in Orlando. We enjoyed every minute we were there. My Son said he wants to come back next summer and I have a plan to bring each of my grandkids to Disney so you will be hearing from us again

  Your house was great. Everything was just as expected. Kids had a wonderful time in the pool. I even enjoyed reading about the history of Wales

  My family consists of me (dad), my wife, and teenage son. We just got back from a great week at Disney. We plan several months out and usually stay on property but was looking at spending a lot. We can only go during our son's school breaks and Disney wasn't giving any discounts. I know several people at work that have rented houses for Orlando trips and one recommended vrbo.com so we decided to give a rental house a try. We found this house was available and had all of the requirements we were looking for such as single level, 3 full baths, WiFi, screened pool, washer/dryer, at least one king bed, generally open floor plan, and close to Disney. This home had that and more. The owners were very responsive and helpful with questions (I always have a lot of questions). We reserved the house and the management company sent the information package quickly. We arrived on Saturday 10/6 and checked in the office. The house is just down the street from Highway 192 so there are lots of nearby food and shopping choices. The house was easy to find. It was very clean inside. We found all lights, fans, appliances, and air conditioning in proper order. The house is a single level so no stairs/elevator which is a plus. We unloaded the van and put our food items in the cabinets and refrigerator, then headed to the parks. During Disney trips we don't spend a lot of time at our hotel room but staying in this house allowed us to change our plans. We were able to have multiple baths going at the same time. My wife and I could shop while our son played video games. We stayed in later some mornings and when one or two were awake they didn't have to disturb the ones sleeping. The WiFi kept everyone occupied when there was downtime. And we enjoyed the pool a few times (the houses are very close together so you may hear others if they are talking loudly - not unlike most resorts). There were insects outside of course but the lanai kept most out while enjoying the pool. There seemed to be several spiders in the garage/game room and we addressed that with the owners. Overall we had a great time at Disney and renting this house was a great experience. We will definitely check on this house's availability next Disney/Orland trip!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We always respond quickly to any problems which may arise in addition to our Management's 24/7 care. Pest control is, of course, a major issue in Florida and is our number one priority. We certainly hope we will be able to accommodate you and your family again in the future and really appreciate this very detailed feedback which I feel fairly reflects how hard we try to make our vacation home a wonderful place to stay.   Everything was as advertised in this home, was the perfect place to come "home" to after a long day at the parks, much better than retiring to a hotel room. House was CLEAN and had everything we needed. We have been to Orlando 5 different times and stayed in many different hotels, this will be the way we vacation every time now. Hope the house is open again the next time we come to Orlando. Thanks again.

  Our stay was wonderful. Everything was perfect, we could not ask for more. The kids loved the games room and pool. It's so close to Disney. We will definitely be back and will certainly pass this information along to our friends and associates. Thanks again for your part in making our vacation a memorable and enjoyable one.

  We had a wonderful stay at your home. The location was ideal. We all determined it was a "perfect" vacation! We cooked a Thanksgiving dinner and only had to bring a couple items from home. Your kitchen is well stocked!

  We had a wonderful time and having a great place to stay just added to the enjoyment. We were very, very pleased with your home and are thankful we found it. With the heat nearing 100 every day the pool has really been a life saver, especially to the boys who are playing 2 games a day at ESPN Wide World of Sports baseball complex. I will certainly recommend your place to any and all we know who might be planning a stay in the Orlando area. All in all we had a wonderful experience and thank you for allowing us to share your home. Again, I will highly recommend to those who will return to this tournament next year. Thanks, Jerry

  Our 13 night stay was split 3 nights/10 nights. The location of this property to Walt Disney World, Grocery Stores, and restaurants is fantastic. It is easy to get to and yet on a cul-de-sac and very private. The pool is in great shape and well maintained. The house furnishings are average decor, but certainly pleasant and clean. Fantastic flat screen TVs and video games in each bedroom kept the boys entertained and were quite impressive. We had a challenge with bugs, but one email to the owners and the management company was right on top of the situation. It was handled promptly and followed-up upon by the owners, who care deeply about their clients. I have rented other homes and I agree that they may wish to add a few more amenities (like paper towels, garbage bags, and toilet paper) for start up, but really, for the money, this house is a bargain. It is lovely, well maintained (although the game room showed some wear and tear), and very clean. Plus, the location cannot be beat! The owners care and are eager to correct challenges promptly if they occur at all.

  Owner response: We have a good Management Company but take full responsibility of ensuring our guests are looked after at all times so I would like to say thank you for all the positive comments received and appreciate all suggestions and feedback to make our home a great place to stay. Any problems with bugs are very few and far between and we take extreme care to ensure pest control is at the top of the list as this is Florida, and nobody is immune, and we have very high standards of care and attention.

  Thank you for allowing us the use of your vacation home on Autumn Creek. We had a wonderful stay and found everything just as represented in your photos.
