The condo is a the top, sunny 2-level unit with vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan for easy entertaining. Located on the Eagle River; in the summer you can open the windows or deck doors and relax to the sounds of the river. Enjoy the outdoors year-round: you are close to world class rafting, skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, rock climbing and golfing, with fly fishing just downhill from the deck.
The nearest Beaver Creek Ski Lift is only 5 minutes away by car, or you can catch the shuttle to Vail or Beaver Creek from the bus stop at the main entrance to the complex. For Apres ski, you can warm up in front of the wood burning fireplace in your own cozy home-away-from-home. Edwards Riverwalk is just a half-mile walk on the bike path, where you'll find restaurants, coffee shops, brewery, clothing boutiques, grocery store, liquor store, bakery, banks, bookstore, movie theatres, art galleries, and antique shops.

Why the Owner Chose Edwards
I selected my Edwards condo for the neighborhood -- located on the Eagle River and just south of the town's Park; it's also very close to skiing at Beaver Creek & Vail & biking/hiking in the mountains, and within walking distance to the heart of Edwards. And it's 20 minutes from Eagle-Vail Airport and 2 hours from Denver. When I moved to Denver, I was able to make the condo available for others, as it is a great home away from home.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Some say Colorado has more days of sun than any other state, and the condo is on the western slope of the Rockies and central to skiing, hiking, biking, and fly fishing; the condo has incredible views from the mountain valley and sits on the Eagle River. My condo is well-loved and very comfortable. I use the condo each month for work and play and it has all the necessities of home.
Starbucks, Market, Restaurants, Sports Bar, Coffee & Crepes Cafe/Bookstore, Shops, Banks, ATMs, Bakery, Movie Theater (4 screens), more.
Access Beaver Creek through Arrowhead, the westernmost ski lift, head to Bachelor Gulch, then Beaver Creek, and avoid the crowds!
The condo pool is adjacent to the river, a destination for rafters, fly fishers, and kayakers.

After living and working in Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Atlanta, Baltimore, New Haven, Martha's Vineyard and Seattle, I moved to Vail Valley where I set up my first Studio. I lived in my getaway condo, also my first home, for 10 years before moving to Denver in 2007 for work. With half my work in Vail Valley, I visit my condo every month and the linens, dishes, furniture, appliances and finishes are good quality to help you feel at home. Come back every year and see the next renovation.

My family and I had a wonderful time ringing in the New Year in Edwards, CO at this amazing condo. It is like your home away from home. It is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was very comfortable, clean, and cozy. We loved the fireplace! The owner conveniently has stocked wood available on the deck for your use. It is in walking distance of many shops, a theater, and excellent restaurants. One of our favorite places in town was the Crazy Mountain Brewery. It is definitly a place to check out in Edwards. The condo is close to the ski/snowboarding areas and the famous Hot Springs. We will definitely be back! The owner is very accomodating and helpful. We were so happy to have chosen this condo for our holiday family adventure in the beautiful mountains of Colorado.

We had a great time at this condo. The view of the river is perfect, the condo is spotless. The neighbors are really friendly. Parking is easy. Very close proximity to the park, running path, restaurants and soccer field/baseball diamond. My kids were in heaven riding their bikes and exploring. We will definitely be back!

Stayed here for week long ski trip in Feb. 2011. Location is great for everything! Arrowhead is right around the corner from the entrance to the complex. Beaver Creek Village just a little further down the road. Vail is about 15 miles down the interstate. For dining and shopping, The Riverwalk is just around the other corner. The condo is great! Clean, high ceilings, 3 bathrooms, wood burning fireplace. Eagle River is right outside the balcony. Andrew is very helpful in answering any questions, and making sure you have a great stay. I will stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here from March 11 -20, 2011. We couldn't have been more pleased. From the outset I was impressed by the owner's attentiveness to our many questions; always emailing or texting back within minutes. Andrew's condo is delightful and a welcome change from the typical hotel accommodation. The home is set in a modern building 10 minutes walk from Edwards, CO. Once we walked into the condo we were impressed with its architectural and interior design. The vaulted ceilings, sunshine, and tasteful furnishings combined to make us feel that we had chosen well. Andrew's interior design expertise was apparent throughout. We enjoyed a week of skiing at Beaver Creek and Vail, walking to the local brewery for their $1 beer night on Tuesday, hiking on the river path outside the condo, and swimming in the largest outdoor hot springs pool we have ever seen at Glenwood Springs. We were delighted with our stay and will be returning next Spring. Thank you , Andrew.

My friends and I were in Edwards to celebrate another friend's wedding, and we loved having the space to spread out and relax in such a scenic location. Plus, having three bathrooms for 5 women was a definite bonus. The kitchen is well-appointed, the sleeping arrangements worked out great, and we loved that the condo is walking distance to the Riverwalk area. Andrew was extremely helpful as we planned our trip and provided some local recommendations for dining (including a good location to take the bride for lunch). He was very accommodating and friendly to work with, and his place is fantastic!

Andrew - Wonderful place and you've done such a nice job thinking of everything one might need for an enjoyable stay in the Edwards, CO area, any time of year. Perfectly serene location with the sound of the river just outside the balcony yet in just a few minutes one can find all the amenities one would want - great outdoor activities, wonderful dining, shopping, and more. Bring a bike or your walking shoes because the property and the entire Edwards/Avon, CO area is connected by a wonderful network of trails just outside the front door. Feel like cooking at home? No worries since the kitchen is well equipped for any level chef. And when bed calls prepare yourself for comfort. One truly feels taken care of when here - as in a good friends home.
