The villa is perched quietly and secluded on a hill just 13 km far away from the renowned city of Art of Pietrasanta and 15 km from the sandy beaches of Forte Dei Marmi and Marina di Pietrasanta. It gives stunning views over the Tuscan coast and the romantic islands of the Tuscan Archipelago. The pool in panoramic position, furnisched with 6 wooden sun beds and white pillows, is approx. 65 ft long (20m.) and 32 ft wide (10m.) and is 7 ft at the deep (2,00m.). The pool has got one half-moon at one end with a Jacuzzi hydro massage and one round pool at the other end for children (both small pools have a depth of approx. 2 ft (60 cm.). The Land around and above is huge, approx 5,400 yd (5000m.). The property is totally fenced and with breath-taking views out to sea. Pietrasanta, the town below, is lit by night and to eat on the veranda, at the wooden oven or at the pool is an unforgettable experience. At disposal of the clients is a grill on the covered veranda next to the kitchen, a big BBQ at the pool and a wooden pizza oven (1 x wood is provided), with table and benches in the garden. The fine furniture gives this house an air of warm and refined elegance. It has inside all the classic features of a typical Tuscan house: terracotta floors, spacious, comfortable and bright rooms. Wi fi internet connection (except in the annex - the 5th double bedroom, which can be booked extra). From 4 of the 5 bedrooms you enjoy a stunning view over the sea and all those have got a terrace or a balcony. On the ground floor there is a living room with a large sofa and a wooden table and chairs. There is a toilet too and a typical Tuscan kitchen with white Carrara marble top, modern and furnished with dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave. The kitchen has got a direct way to the side covered veranda with grill. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with king-size beds, each with its en suite bathroom with loo, bidet, sink and shower. On the front verandas outside are tables and chairs - all you need for nice dinners 'al fresco' or for relaxing hours. On the first floor there are two further bedrooms with king-size beds, each with its en suite bathroom with loo, bidet, sink and shower. Both rooms have a balcony with sea view. The 5th bedroom with private bathroom and small kitchen is in the annex and can be booked with an extra charge.
In the given rental rates are included:
Linen, bath and pool towels (one change per week);
Gardner and pool cleaning every morning Mon –Sat 9.00-12.00. Delivery of fresh bread or Italian focaccia is possible free of charge every morning during working days - you just have to refund the shopping bill.
Cleaning maid every day, two hours, in the afternoon.
NOT INCLUDED is electricity (and heating only if necessary), which shall be paid on consumption on the spot (the weekly consumption is around 220 – 250 Euro, due to the really huge pool.

The villa is found approx. 50 minutes’ drive north of Pisa airport straight up the motorway along the coast. It takes just 15 minutes to drive down into the town. Florence 100 km. Pisa 40 km. Lucca 28 km. Le Cinque Terre 45 km.
The Versilia is a small region located in northern Tuscany, whose name derives from the river Versilia, which flows from the Apuan Alps until the sea, through the municipal districts of Stazzema, Seravezza, Forte Dei Marmi and Pietrasanta. It is well known for its fine sandy beaches covering over 20 Km.
The next villages, called Capriglia and Capezzano Monte, are 1.5 km away and there you have easy access to local amenities such as 1 food shop few coffee bars, an excellent restaurant and a cheap typical trattoria.
The city centre of Pietrasanta with its stunning cathedral is just 12 km away.
Between the coast and the Apuan Alps Pietrasanta has been the home for many marble carving studios since Michelangelo began quarrying marble on the nearby Monte Altissimo in the sixteenth century. Loved by the sculptors Henry Moore, Mitoraj, Nogouchi and Botero, today this charming, medieval town whose walls date back to 1255 is a renowned international center for artists working in marble and bronze. The city boasts many excellent restaurants and boutiques off the square and characteristic cafe-bars around it. Antique Market: first Sunday in every month by the cathedral.
