  My timing was perfect as I really wanted to sneak away from the family and catch some good, WARM waves. The waves were perfect and big. Got to see Honolua Bay break and Jaws. Staying at the Honua Kai was perfect for me and my family. Kids had a blast and my wife was happy(most important). The unit we rented was

  Decided to go on a last minute vacation and Justin had a last minute opening. I am sitting here on the lanai in Unit 236 as we speak. Enjoying the warm breeze and the sun is just starting to show over the mountains. Going to be great sunrise. Justin with KBM put together a last minute trip for me and my family. He even gave us free tickets to the golf tourny even though it hasn't been the best weather for the golf it has been great for us coming from Alaska. Saw plenty of Whales already which has been great. The unit is very nice with all the extras you would need for a family. The boogie boards have had a lot of use as the waves have been great. Unit is very clean with great amenities that the girls seem to love. Honua Kai Resort is awesome and love watching football yesterday at Duke's. Thanks again for putting this together last minute.

  This resort is the best place to stay on Maui. Our room was awesome and HUGE. Lanai was SO big and my lazy husband would just nap on the lanai on these luxury chase lounge chairs all the time.(well he works really hard in his defense). We will be back.

  First we having been coming to Maui for 30+ years as my parents used to bring me here and we would always stay at the Ali'i on Ka'anapali Beach. Well we couldn't get a nice unit there this time and have been wanting to try out Honua Kai Resort and we are very pleased. We rented this unit through Justin from KBM Hawaii and he gave us a very competitive rate compared to the resort directly. We have used VRBO many times and this was the easiest experience. This unit is so great and I would highly recommend to anyone. All the extras were great - pack/play, high chair, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler(man this was nice) kids toys sand and for the unit, puzzles, games. This unit was also very clean and the amenities were awesome. Thanks again and we will see you every year and hopefully one day buy a unit here.

  Can't say enough about this resort and our great unit at Honua Kai. We had this spacious corner unit 236 and loved it. Kids had plenty of space and the extras in the unit were great.

  We loved this resort and Duke's out front was so great. Kids loved the food and so did we. Justin and John were great to deal with from KBM Hawaii. We will book with them again. Thanks for the great time and the very clean, spacious, private, corner, large lanai unit. We will be back hopefully sooner than later.

  Perfect location and what a great unit to have access to a great price. Justin was very helpful with arranging activities for us along with renting this condo. First having this big corner unit with let me tell you the biggest balcony you have ever seen. It was at least 1000+ square feet and I loved taking naps on the lounge chairs while the family baked at the pool/beach. I highly recommend renting through KBM Hawaii and having John check you in is a whole other great experience. Thank you for making this a vacation to remember.

  First I would like to say how blessed and thankful we all were to be able to have the most amazing family vacation ever. From start, calling KBM Hawaii to book our vacation, to arriving and meeting John Brunold who personally checked us in was 1st class. If we had the simplest question Justin or John were just a phone call away or even a text. The unit was very spacious and had plenty of room for our family of 6. This unit is stocked with everything you need from a pack/play(that was clean), high chair, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach toys, games to play, books to read it had it all along with everything you need to cook any size meal. We cooked a turkey and we had everything we needed. The unit is a very spacious 2 bedroom / 2 bath corner unit. We lived outdoors on the massive lanai and my favorite part is how private it was. It has 2 large chase lounge chairs that my wife and eldest daughter would not share. The dining room table is situated so that you are well protected from the days that are a little windy. The inside the bedrooms are on opposite sides so there is total privacy. 2 large bathrooms both with separate shower and tubs. Gourmet kitchen and full size bosch fridge. The unit is CLEAN... like baby crawling all over the floor clean. The girls loved the amenities as it was some fancy French line. All I can say is WOW!!!! this a great condo and location in the building. Thank you John, Justin & Barbara for making this a vacation to remember. I recommend the KBM Hawaii property management company for making this a great vacation and giving me the comfort feeling knowing they are licensed and are on island just down the street gives you a good feeling that you are not being scammed or ripped off.

  We recently visited the beautiful Island of Maui. What made it our holiday though was the experience we had at Honua Kai Resort. We stayed in room 236 which was both spacious and comfortable. In comparison to the avergage hotel room , this is like staying in a suite. With two bedrooms and bathrooms, fully equiped kitchen and lounge room, we had the makings of a great stay. Thanks to the team at KBM Hawaii who organised our vaction, it was floorless. We can't wait to come back!

  I stayed in unit 236 earlier this year. What an awesome place! The apartment was very impressive compared to my trailer in Dunydoon..it is right on the lake though. I will be back next year for sure. Big thanks to KBM Hawaii.
