Lake Village is a private complex at the southeast corner of Lake Tahoe about a half-mile from the lake and less than a mile from the California border.
Each of our modern spacious condominiums has substantial amenities including a private top-of-the-line HOT TUB, a full sized fully equipped kitchen, and a gas fireplace. All have wireless internet access. Two condos have pool tables and three have lake views. Each comes with towels, linens and cleanup service. We use electronic locks (no keys).

The village is less than a mile from Lake Tahoe's major casinos, several beaches, and Edgewood Golf Course. Twenty ski resorts are within an hour's drive. Our Lake Village vacation rentals are on the trail map of Heavenly Valley, the largest ski resort in the US.

This two story, 2,000 square foot, cathedral ceiling condo has an interior decor that is superb with a 'Southwest' theme! This vacation home has a LAKE VIEW including a view from the 500-gallon, 7-person, top-of-the-line outdoor HOT TUB on the sun deck. The master bedroom on the lower floor has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. The largest has three singles and an ensuite washroom. The others have queen beds. These latter two bedrooms share a washroom off the hall. Additionally, there is a queen sleeper in the living room and two single hide-a-beds. Skiers will appreciate dual hot water tanks and the ski rack inside the front door. Condo unit 47 Chalet Court is accessible by the exterior sun deck and can be rented for larger groups - see the connecting arrow on the 46 Chalet Court #47 floor plan.
