  • Beautiful home, thoughtfully decorated and filled with all the necessities plus pool toys, plenty of towels, and even a Mickey Mouse waffle iron. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Not only was the home gorgeous & beautifully decorated but all the extra little touches you added were simply over the top! Your professionalism in the handling of financial matters was greatly appreciated. The little gifts for our 4 year old just added to her excitement. Having the pool just outside the backdoor and the privacy that it offered added to the delight of coming back "home" after a tiring day at WDW. As a matter of fact, our daughter wants to come back soon just to stay at your place without going to any of the parks. Thanks again! We'll be back!

It is such a relief when traveling to know that your house will always meet our expectations. We always take a picture of the kids in front of the house with the beautiful landscape and palm tree; it is amazing to see how fast the children grow, and we are thankful to have found your house to spend quality family time together.

  • We had a great time at your place- It was our 1st trip to Disney and with 3 little girls(ages 6, 5 and 2) your place was perfect for us. The pool and all the supplies were a big hit, the kitchen was very well stocked, the location was wonderful, the house was clean and we appreciated very much the convenience of the high chair and the crib. We will definitely stay again and appreciate all your help through the process! Thanks again- the girls had the time of their lives!

  • Debbie and David Our THIRD visit to your home was as magical as the first two visits!! All the kids refer to your home as "their Florida home! As always, it is those extra touches that you do so well that make us feel so welcome when we walk through the door!! The Christmas decorations are truly special and really helped add to our stay!! Packing is a breeze because you have already thought of EVERYTHING!! Two weeks was not nearly long enough, but we are already looking forward to our next visit in 2010!!   • The Emerald Palace provide an oasis to stay in, just outside of all the main attractions of Orlando/Kissimmee. The development where the house resides is very safe, clean and beautiful. The house itself is just amazing. It was our second year staying at the Emerald Palace, and I think it was even more beautiful than I remembered it from last year. The home is beautifully decorated, appointed, clean and everything looks fresh and brand new. The master bedroom suite is just wonderful, and I cannot say enough about how much we enjoy the screened-in pool and hot tub (pay the extra fee to have it heated in the winter months---its worth every penny!). We thorougly enjoyed our stay, even in spite of the 50 degree weather! I would highly recommend staying here, and I myself cannot imagine going back to this area without staying at the Emerald Palace. We will do it again and again.

The proximity to the parks, the grocery store, and Outback were appreciated. My granddaughter turned 5, had dinner with Mickey and best of all learned to swim in your fun pool with all the pool toys you so generously provided. We will definitely reccommend your vacation home and hope to stay again. Thanks for all that you did to make our stay memorable!
