You can relax in the sun and watch the ocean or BBQ and party with friend while watching a game or a movie. The house has a 4 zone audio system with speaker through out the house with an MP3 hook up. This Italian Beach Villa is located in a great beach community with quiet walk streets, fun restaurants, and beautiful beaches. You can walk everywhere. Only one block to the sand and 4 blocks to the local hang out spot. There you will find bike/roller blade rentals, surfing lessons, shopping and great restaurants all open late. The fun never stops. 3 more blocks is the famous Venice Beach Board Walk. With funky people, live entertainment, and tons of great deals on anything you could ever want.
