Our "Sanddollar" is located 12-15 minutes south of Newport, and a mile & a half north of the quaint town of Waldport in Sandpiper Village. It's just 100 yards from the ocean-a brief walk to the beach. We have many return renters who love the house & the area.
Renters are always impressed with the view, the location & the layout of the house. This two story house has the main living area upstairs and the garage below. There are two bedrooms-one with a queen-size bed and one with two sets of bunks, one lower bunk is actually a full size bed. Plus, there is a lazyboy queen-size sleeper in the living room.
The great open feeling of the house lets you enjoy the setting during winter storms or sunny summer days. Enjoy the cozy fireplace in the winter & the large deck in the summer. Great kitchen with all amenities to do your own cooking!

We purchased this house with friends so our young children could enjoy the beach, and now our grandchildren are making sandcastles just 100 yards from our house.
Why the Owner Chose Newport
We love the central location between Yachats and Newport with so many activities available for all ages, but just an hour from the valley where we live.
The Unique Benefits of this House
We enjoy our time at the beach in all seasons as we have such a wonderful view from the house. Occasionally, we see whales as they are migrating in the ocean. We love the cozy fireplace in the winter with all the comforts of home.
