  My husband and visited Puerto Rico for a quick little getaway for just us 2. We sort of decided on whim to go and the first place we decided on was this listing. After looking at the condo and seeing how nice it was online, I was totally shocked and excited to see that it was available at the time! So we jumped on it after speaking with the incredibly sweet owners Felix and Evelyn who gave us great info about the island and many different sights to see. Upon arrival we met Raphael, the unit manager and he treated us with the utmost care. When we got to the condo we were just absolutely amazed at the home-like feel of the place. Every room we went into was well stocked and so well organized! Every thing you would need for a great vacation was already thought of by the owners and already there from candles and wine glasses for a romantic getaway, to a rollable cooler, chairs and a huge umbrella for fishing or a trip to the beach! It even had toys a basketball and football for kids and the athletic types. It would definitely work for families or multiple people. We were just astonished. We were beyond comfortable from the time we walked in the door! Not to mention the roominess of the unit. The bedrooms were immaculate And the beds were the most comfortable we had slept in in a very long time. We loved the location because it was close to some reeeaaallllyyyy great shopping, dining and only about 35 minutes from San Juan. We will definitely be going back, but this time we will bring the kids.

  My family stayed in this condo for a week - two teens, parents, and grandparents - and had a wonderful time. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the needed necessities, plus some unexpected extras (cooler, beach toys, a collection of DVDs, etc.) The place felt very safe. The balcony looked out on a little mountain side with nice greenery and wonderful sounds of birds in the morning and tree frogs in the evening. It is indeed close to all the fun things one can do in Puerto Rico - 15 min to a very nice beach, 20 min or so to the rain forest, 10 min from luminescent bay, and about an hour from San Juan. There is a toll road that can take you there even faster, but we took a regular road and soaked up the sights and sounds of Puerto Rico. There is a grocery store and Walgreens within a walking distance from the condo. Evelyn, Felix, and Rafael are SO NICE. They were very responsive, attentive, and clearly wanted us to have a great experience in this condo. Evelyn recommended me a number of special places to visit. You can't find them all in the travel books. I was so thankful for these recommendations, because they were totally worth it. I would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family. We already decided that if we make it to Puerto Rico again, we are staying in this condo.

  This condo is close to everything and the price is unbeatable. The owner Felinx and the property manager Rafeal are extremely hospitable. We got lost because the address system in Puerto Rico is very tricky. Rafeal came to pick us up at nowhere at Midnight. Upon checking out, Rafeal came at 5:45 am cause we had to catch an early flight. Many thanks Rafeal !

  We enjoyed our stay at this condo. the beds were comfortable and the condo was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The kitchen could have use a few more cooking utensils, but we were able to get by. The owner was friendly and easy to work with. We had no problems finding the condo since it is located near a main hi-way. There is also a grocery store with in walking distance for your convinence. The price was right and i would stay here again if i ever go to puerto rico again.

  My family and I loved this place. It truly felt like our home away from home. The apartment is decorated very nice. The bedrooms are very comfortable. The gated community made us feel safe. Evelyn was so easy to work with and very reassuring about the safety of using our credit card as payment. The location is close to the beautiful beach of Luquillo, the seven seas, the Fajardo ferry to Cullebra island (A must do!) and El Yunque (Puerto Rico's Rain Forest, you get to swim in the water fall after a 35 min hike down the mountain). In Luquillo there is a Kiosk of small restaurants. La Parilla is a nice seat down restaurant. If you're yearning for a great burger, there's a burger joint called El Jefe Burger Shack Kiosk #12. Oh! and we loved that there was a grocery store and pharmacy within walking distance. After a day out we would hang out in the pool, rent a movie from the redbox at the grocery store and chill for the night.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children.

  My family and I were very happy with the condo. It was in immaculate condition and the description provided was very much accurate. It really did feel like home. You can tell the owners take pride of their home and keep it very well maintained. I would highly recommend for families looking for a quiet/relaxing place to stay---away from the hustle and bustle of the city or there for an extended amount of time. Definately alot more affordable than those pricey hotels. Depending on the purpose of your visit, activities/attractions of interest, it may be out of the way. We had family on the island that came to visit that will recommend this condo to their friends as well. Thank you to the owners for making the process as smooth as possible.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

  I have been in contact with Evelyn since before I booked this trip, she is outstanding with helpful information to plan your trip. I would definetly stay here again. The place is very clean and Eveyln has been a pleasure doing business with. I have never met her but she makes you feel like you have known her for a long time. This was a awesome vacation for me. P.R. is a great place for a vacation and this condo is well worth the price.

  My friend and I felt safe and comfy at this lovely condo. It provided a good base from which to explore this fascinating island. We enjoyed many snorkeling/swimming trips to amazing Luquillo Beach, dinner and Bio Bay tour at Las Croabas, scuba out of Puerto del Rey marina, and the best snorkel ever at nearby Culebra Island as well as several day-trips to El Yunque National Rainforest Preserve. The owners are amazing and the manager is a helpful friendly teddy-bear.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  Owner response: As owners, we have been lucky in the caliber of guests staying at our condo. During this guest's trip, there was a sewer problem in the area. Although our condo itself had no problems with water or sewage, it was not ideal. We appreciate that these guests were patient and understanding until the issue was resolved. We thank them for their kind words and confidence. We would love to have them as our guests in the future.

  We four "mature" adults enjoyed 3 nights here pre-cruise and it was pretty near perfect. Clean, well-maintained condo with up-to-date furnishings. Plenty of room, comfortable beds. Extremely nice folks to rent from and very friendly caretaker. We particularly liked the convenience of the small shopping center right outside the gate, plus plenty of more serious shopping just a short drive away. This was a great way to start the first trip to Puerto Rico for all of us. I would recommend this condo to anyone who doesn't have a problem with a couple flights of stairs. One other recommendation when you spend any time in PR: rent a car! We did, and we can't imagine getting by without it!

  First, let me say that the owners and the caretaker are the nicest people. They stayed in touch with me and even pointed out local restaurants for me. Second, this is a great apartment: cozy, well-taken care of, clean, and quiet. The bed in the master is so very comfortable. I enjoyed hearing the "canto del coqui" throughout the evenings. It was a great place to rest my soul! Next time I am in the area, I will look to stay again. And I am highly recommending this to friends. One drawback: you have to climb stairs to a third floor, so if you are wheelchair bound or handicapped, this may not be the place for you. Other than that, great!

  Owner response: Great guests make renting our home-away-from-home stress free. So true about the steps..keeps you in shape but not designed for certain clients. Additional information about rental rates

$170 deposit required to guarantee reservation. A $50 administrative fee is charged for cancellations prior to 72 hours of stay. All cancellations in less than 72 hours, the full deposit is charged. Any cancellations by owner is returned in full.

Additional Fees and Taxes:

$60 cleaning fee, $49 damage insurance, 7% occupancy tax on rental nights only.
