Amazing spot up on the mountain. Definitely rent a 4x4 for the driveway as it's a climb. The house was incredible with every modern convenience from washer/dryer to a chef's kitchen with full equipment. There was no internet, but that may change soon. The pool was gorgeous, especially as you watch the toucans while enjoying a drink at the swim up bar. The place was spotless and the gardener and pool guy kept the grounds immaculate without intruding at all. Close by we enjoyed the amazing surfing (check out Dylan and Adam at Sunset Surf for the best lessons in the area), the longest zipline in the country about 25 mins south towards Uvita, the national park just north in Manuel Antonio (sloths, monkeys, etc etc etc). Dominical is a great little town with some nightlife a couple of nights a week. I would recommend this place without reservations.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.
