Meticulous upkeep and maintenance plus attractive landscaping make this a unique find. This owner-rented property receives continuing care. Property manager resides nearby. Please, no house parties and no pets.
Fully air conditioned plus ceiling fans in all bedrooms and in the living room provide even more comfort during the summer. This home has ample parking and is conveniently located just 1.5 miles from shopping (grocery, fuel, restaurants, pier, etc.) and only one short block from an expansive, beautiful beach. This property is offered for rental by the week only (Sunday to Sunday (check in Sunday afternoon, check out Sunday morning)).
Children are welcome; no pets allowed. No house parties allowed. We rent to families and responsible adults (25 years of age and older).

The Unique Benefits at this House
When staying here, enjoy the beautiful ocean, great view overlooking the canal waters, Tidewater Golf Course, fishing in the Canal behind our home (from the dock), playing golf on the many golf courses in the area, shopping (many Outlets and Shopping Malls), and eating in many of the excellent restaurants in the area. Additionally, the property manager lives nearby and is available to serve your needs if something should come up. If nothing happens out of the ordinary, you'll likely see the property manager only at check-in and check-out. Thank you for your interest in The Bee Gee!
