  My family of 3 boys takes a beach trip each summer and we try out different beaches and always use VRBO to find a place to stay. Of all the beach houses, I think this one was the most perfect fit for us! It was so nice to have a pack n play and highchair/booster seat for our youngest. The screened porch was SO nice on rainy days and we had dinner out there every night. You can see and hear the ocean from the porches. The private pool was used often when we returned from bike rides. The stroll to the beach is short and flat so you can easily pull the provided wagon if you wanted. The landscaping/greenery around the house and pool make it feel very private. ots of beach toys and floats for the pool so didn't need to bring any. It is a really easy/short walk to Webber's homemade donuts, coffe shop, and Trading Post for any needed grocery items. We walked several mornings and got a dozen donuts. SO good. Outside warm shower is great after being on the beach and as you enter the house, there is a laundry/mud room area to take off wet clothes. We used the grill often. The folks at Coastal Realty were very nice. We couldn't figure out the tv when we first arrived and they sent someone within 10 minutes of our call. Highly recommend this place, we will certainly hope to stay here again in the future!

  Thank you Bill for your wonderful vacation home! Our family had a great time. The house was perfect for our needs as well as our pets. The pool and ourdoor shower were a fabulous addition. All the kids loved bathing ourdoors! The pool was impecibly clean and you even spruced it up while we were there! Wow, thanks for that. We found the short walk to the beach was not too bad and the sunset view from the upper deck was great. Also the back porch dining table was used for every meal. Again thanks. We look forward to our next trip to Cape San Blas!

  We enjoyed our Fall Break here at this clean and comfortable home. It had everything we needed from a pool, nice grill, 2 refrigerators, beach chairs and umbrella and even a wagon to haul all of our stuff to the beach. I appreciated how easy the owner was to deal with and we had such a good time that we requested to stay an extra night. Our dogs enjoyed it too and the outdoor shower and the utility sink in the laundry room were invaluable to wash the sand off of them when we came back from our long walks on the beach. I have recommended this property to all of my friends and we plan to come back.

  We just got back from our trip. I went with my adult children and our dogs. The house was set up great and we were very comfortable. Love the whole dog friendly area, It is the reason we vacation at Cape San Blas. We used the pool, the decks and the grill. Had everything. It was great being able to use the outdoor shower to spray off the pups. We will be back.

  We stayed at The Pineapple in Jan. and Feb 2011 and had an absolutely wonderful time. The house is clean and comfortable, very private,but close enough to the beach to go for lots of long walks. The view of the sunsets( and there were many) were good although two new houses obscure the direct line somewhat. We took our glass of wine to the upstairs bedroom deck each evening to watch the colors change and were never disappointed at the show----some times the pink and purple sky lingered for more than an hour after the sun had disappeared. Other things we loved about Cape San Blas were the fine white sand beach, the green/blue water,the friendly people, the ability to walk dogs and meet other pet owners, eating out and shopping in Port St. Joe,the laid back feel of the whole area. We will (and have) recommended The Pineapple Plantation to our family and friends and we intend to return a.s.a.p.
