All natural cleaning products used including laundry detergent - which is available for your personal use along with natural shampoo and conditioner and soaps. The main bath has a 60" shower with river rock surround for a rustic decor - completed summer of 2006. One 4" step in the house makes it easily accessible for elderly or partially handicapped. To add the guest house for additional sleeping, the rate is $100 per night in peak season, $75 off peak. This has a queen sized bed, queen sofa sleeper, and a bathroom with shower and jacuzzi tub. Cancallations less than 60 days - 1/2 of deposit refunded + $75 fee.  Cancellation
30 days or less - no refund.  Suggest travel insurance

charged following an inspection of the home.  Replacement rates apply.
