About 1000 sq. Ft. very homely, it consists of a large entrance, two large double king size bedrooms en suite bathroom, an open space living room with a comfortable double sofa-bed with high thickness lattice mattress and a fully equipped open kitchen.

Each bathroom is equipped with just new and high quality bathroom fixtures with sitting water massage shower too.

Each king size bedroom is high quality and modern furnished and is it has high thickness lattice mattress and a safe box too.

The kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, oven and microwave, toaster, kettle, Italian coffee machine and all necessary appliances. Everything's new, neat and tide.

It's located on ground floor of a very decent building just close to the Vatican and 300 metres from St. Peter Cathedral.

The address's Via Cardinale Silj n° 10. If you visited some website map and inserted the address you could have the correct idea about its excellent location.

From there the most important historical sights can be easily reached.

That area's full of all kind of shops (good restaurants, pizzeria, very genuine patisserie and gelaterie, supermarkets, open market for fruits and vegetables etc.)and it has an excellent connection with public transportation to go everywhere.

This place's very quiet and safe at night too.

The apartment's equipped with A/C, Washer and dryer, Hoover, iron and iron board, LCD TV International channels, WiFi fast internet connection.

  • We have only positive things to say about our one week stay in Rome! The apartment was even nicer than the posted photo's and included all the ammenities that you will need. We will never stay in a hotel again! The convenience of a modern kitchen including microwave came in handy for preparing quick snacks/breakfast. This apartment was very clean and modern with extremely comfortable beds, elegant bathroom's with soft towels and a very quiet and safe neighborhood. We were very comfortable walking to St. Peter's Square and to restaurants, shops and the morning Farmer's Market. The location was ideal. The building was secure and spacious. Everything was as promised. We appreciated the efficiency of our on-line contacts, Alessia and Toni. They always answered our email questions and made the process of setting up accomodations so far away from home, extremely easy. We also want to thank the owner, Luigia for offering this terrific apartment to us. Lastly, our stay in Rome was the greatest due to Toni and all his suggestions, sight-seeing tips and recommendations. He was always available to answer questions and offer helpful ideas. We are forever grateful to him and thank him for making us feel so welcome in his country. We will be back! Ciao! Grazie!!
