Relax on the balcony, bar-b-que, or take a very short walk to the beach (takes all of a minute to get your feet in the sand). There is a refreshing outdoor beach shower to rinse off on your return from the beach. RECENT ADDITION:Fenced-in yard makes it nice for children, pets, or store your kayaks, sail boards, or other vacation items!

Open floor plan makes it easy to relax and entertain. Flat screen TV has a built in DVD player. Complimentary expanded cable, WiFi, and radio/CD player. Nicely equipped kitchen opens to the living and dining areas. Or just sit out on the spacious balcony and watch the waves.

Spacious master bedroom takes you to a tropical retreat. Features a king size bed, television with DVD player, and private bath.

The second bedroom has 2 cozy twin beds and a half bath. Wicker furniture gives the feel of the beach.

A third bedroom offers a queen size bed. Has a separate door leading to the back balcony. Like a mini-suite within a home. A full bath right next to this gem of a room.

**Convenient full size washer and dryer in home. Extras include beach towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and linens. Beach chairs and canopy available for your beach needs! Need a garage for your kite boards or other fun beach items just ask us!

Conveniently located in the center of South Padre Island. Close to the island hub of activity for dining and outdoor entertainment. The free island shuttle, THE WAVE, is close by to catch a free ride around the island. Can comfortably sleep six people, and 2 twin air beds are available for additional guests. Parking for boat if arrangements made at time of reservation. A three night minimum is standard unless other arrangements are authorized by owners.

  • We had a great, first visit to South Padre. Really appreciated how clean and nice looking the rental was. Had a total of 6 adults and there was plenty of room. And thank you for the handy information binder, listing recommendations for places to eat. That's why we visited the Grapevine cafe for breakfast - twice. This weekend is exactly what we all needed and we wouldn't hesitate to stay in the same rental again. Thanks for everything.

  • Great place to be on SPI. Walked to the beach, followed the printed recommendations for dining (all great!), used every beach toy that was provided and had a wonderful stay. It's actually 3 BR and 2.5 BA - really convenient, open layout. 3 adults, 2 kids, 2 small dogs were comfortable and never ran over top of each other. Much nicer, more private/quiet and less expensive than a hotel for us. Owners are great. They live on site but never heard them and barely saw them. It was nice to know they were there in case we needed anything. Beds are extra firm. Beach towels are provided which turned out be really appreciated. Everything in the unit is newer and works. Very dog friendly neighborhood and beach. Our entire family highly recommends this VRBO rental.

  • We really enjoyed our stay in SPI. We felt right at home. The location of the house was perfect. We had everything we needed, I even used the BBQ Grill two times. The kids really enjoyed the beach toys. The boys learned to body surf. Thanks

  • My family and I had a wonderful time at this beach house. The owners were wonderful and very hospitable. The best part is our whole family was allowed to go, can't leave the house without our four legged daughter! We didn't even know we had neighbors because it was so quiet. Everything on this listing is accurate and then some. Washer/Dryer, beach towels, linens, ect...We hope to vacation there again soon!
