Handcrafted French mahogany doors open onto spacious furnished patio decks off all rooms. Our 2-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms 4-plexes include fully outfitted mahogany/granite kitchens, laundry facilities, and all the luxury of home. Our water is rain forest refreshing and safe to drink. For your comfort, the unit has flat screen TV, DVD, CD player, cable, air conditioning, and 7-ceiling fans for your ultimate comfort.
Enjoy the exquisitely designed grounds or take a refreshing dip in the ocean side saline pool. A favorite is a late evening hot tub and champagne under the full moon. Enjoy the sea breezes high up in one of our three-rooftop Widow’s Walks that offer spectacular village, canal and harbor views. Be captivated by the unforgettable sunsets. Our property has a shared boathouse, 75-foot dock and private boat slips. After a day of fishing share stories at our fabulous, group BBQ courtyard. With only thirteen owners, we all take pride in the creation of our elite community, with a perfect location only a 10-minute walk to down town Placencia.

Why the Owner Chose Placencia
I chose to purchase a vacation rental in Belize because, our resort is not for the masses but for a fortunate few who like to take in the beautiful, but less-traveled road. Belize is a great country with wonderfully friendly people and English-speaking for ease of travel. All our unit owners are fantastic people to meet and vacation with. Belize I describe it the same as Hawaii in the 1940's! Fantastic!
The Unique Benefits at this One Unit, of a Four-Plex
Our property is very private and not commercially run. It's located in a quaint fishing village at the tip of a 22-mile peninsula. Crime is very low there and safe to walk around alone. Placencia Village is only a 10-minute walk from our units. We are close to the second largest reef in the world and there is just so much to see and do in Belize I don't know where to start. Paradise is truly at your doorstep!
Location satellite was taken in 2006 so this is the location before our units were built. We are working on Google Earth!
You have to walk to the beach though the path by the houses to get to these two fantastic places. Paradise give our guests 20% discount. No road access.....
You can access the beach anywhere along the board walk. All beach in Belize is public and can be accessed anywhere!
