This Beautiful "A Frame" cabin surrounded by Pine trees in a gated community called Pine Mountain Lake, is walking distance to the lake where you can find loads of fun, such as swimming, boat rentals, fishing, volley ball, barbecue or just relax on the beach. Famous Yosemite National Park is only a 20 minute drive.
Sunnyside has two bedrooms with queen beds plus a huge 700 sqft. loft with 4 beds (sleeps 6). It is a great get-away from the city.
Enjoy the best of nature right from your own private deck. The white deer has been hanging around and it is a beautiful site to see. Great home for kids as we have Nintendo and a game table with multiple games and DVD/VCR with a variety of disney classics. Fully equipped kitchen with large table, pergo woods floors and carpeting. Wood burning stove, open living room with beautiful tree views. One full bath downstairs and one upstairs. Enjoy a BBQ and dine outside at the patio table on the beautiful trex-wood deck then unwind on the hammock.
Enjoy walking, hiking, biking trails, horse back riding at the stable and golfing or tennis at the country club. There is a great restaurant at the country club and there is a heated swimming pool. We are located close to the local grocery store and " The Iron Door Saloon" the oldest saloon in California. They have great live bands on the weekend nights for those who enjoy music and dancing. During summer months they have outdoor family movie night at the park and various festivals. We guarantee you will have a great time no matter what you do.

Year Purchased: 2003
We are both realtors from the bay area. We live in the city of Pleasanton and have raised four children there. We discovered Pine Mountain through clients of ours who owned a cabin there. We came for a visit and immediately fell in love with the area and wanted to find a place of our own. We found it and someday you never know we might retire there. Once you visit you'll know why.
Why the Owner Chose Groveland
We love the beauty of the area and how close it is to Yosemite. It's great in all seasons. A nice get away from the city life. We both enjoy sitting on our deck with a glass of wine watching the deer go by. It is very relaxing here and to us it couldn't get any better.
The Unique Benefits of this Cabin
Views of the pine trees from all windows. Our large trex-wood deck is great for outside dining and relaxing.Hiking around the community and seeing all the different wildlife. Going to town shopping then going to the iron door is a lot of fun. Dennis enjoys golfing here and he always meets new people on the course. The local store has some of the best fruit around and I always stock up before going home.

My family and I spent a few days at this house while visiting the Yosemite area. It was well stocked, clean and comfortable. I would recommend this as a nice place to stay when you are in the area.-- Derek, Simi Valley Ca.

My wife and I rented this property for 3 nights. The perfect getaway from the bay area. It was wonderful, the view of the trees through the A-frame windows is spectacular. We could have spent the whole time on the spacious, well appointed deck. Loved the hammock the best. Will certainly return for another visit.

We stayed at this cabin with my in-laws who are both in their 80's. It was clean and comfortable and extremely well stocked. We saw amazing wildlife from the deck - deer and blue birds and even an albino deer ! This home is close enough to Yosemite that we were able to drive into the park a few times during our stay.We even had dinner one night at the nearby Iron Door Saloon - which was very fun. There is a grocery very close by which is also well stocked. We stayed here in June , and it was very pleasant, but a bit too cold to use the lake. I would imagine that staying here during the summer months would be unbelievable ! This would be a great place for 2 families with children as there are 2 beautiful bedrooms downstairs and a dorm-style set up in the loft that would keep the kids happy and occupied.
