The Sea Casa has everything you need for a most memorable vacation. It is just a one minute walk to the beach. It is one of three homes I have to offer in the area. Experience the "By Owners" difference. My three homes are equipped with touches and features that I, as an owner, like to see when I am on vacation.
Imagine relaxing on the beach - listening to the gentle lapping of the waves or watching another scenic sunset from your screened-in porch. There is also a sundeck on which you can enjoy your morning coffee, relax, and enjoy the view.
Enjoy the large kitchen that is furnished over and above most. If you like to cook this it! The large island includes and extra "prep" sink that is handy expecially for two people in the kitchen. There are plenty of spacious cupboards and various extra appliances such as a croc pot, wok, water filter, mixer and many more.
The master sports a kingsize bed, large closet, ceiling fan, TV and window facing the Gulf. The second bedroom holds a queen bed and is furnished nicely.
The living room/dining room has plenty of comfortable chairs and there is seating for 7 at the ding room table and bar area. The sofa makes into a queen bed. There is a 32" flat screen TV and DVD in the living room.
The Jack and Jill bathroom has two sinks and toilets with the tub closed off for privacy. The washer/dryer is inthe bathroom area.
There is a screened porch with table and chairs for you to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening while watching the sunset. A sunning area is also avalilabe on the deck which is furnished with adirondeck chairs and lounges.
A one car garage can protect your car from the salt air and also provides storage for your fishing equipment, water toys, etc.
We have added a new boardwalk over the dunes to the pet friendly beach, a one car garage and an enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower. The home is in wonderful condition. Everyone loves the Sea Casa!!

It is the best place to walk for miles along the sandy-white beach, highly rated by Dr. Beach, on the Forgotten Coast of Florida. - Located in a quiet area off the main road, this home is the best! Fully appointed Kitchen, Handy prep sink on island plus full size sink, 2 Phones, Cable TV, One King bed, one Queen, one sofa bed, Screened porch, Boat parking, one car garage, Telescope, Linens included, Dog friendly, Sorry no cats! Please don't bring them Owner allergic, Non-smoking, You can see the water from the deck and its just a 30 Second walk to the beach. We have a newly regenerated beach, a new boardwalk and a new enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower!

- For avid bird watchers this is a wonderful area with several bird reserves nearby. You'll see bald eagles, egrets, hawks and other beautiful birds. There is also horseback riding on the beach. Great for star gazing and nature photography. Wonderful hiking trails. There are many historical areas including an old lighthouse and a museum in Port St.Joe.

The weather, for late Nov. was FABULOUS! We fished, explored the State Park, picked up shells and took lots of great photos. This house is wonderful! Love the layout-open kitchen, DR&LR. Enjoyed having two separate toilet-vanity areas, and the master bedroom on the shady side was a big plus for sleeping in! We have been coming to the Cape for 16 years-off and on. Its been 6 years since we were able to spend a Thanksgiving here-what a wonderful time to come to the beach! We hope to book this house again-it suited the two of us so well and had all that we needed. Love the windows and the light!

We loved how quiet and relaxed everything is! Being able to bring our dog along was another stress reliever. Your Casa is wonderful-thanks for sharing. We highly recommend "The Grill" in A;alachicola. The phosphotescenceat night on the beach was a thrill and the starts!!WOW!

This is our 2nd summer at Sea Casa and our 3rd at the Cape. Its a full 12 hour drive from Houston but our 2 hydrophobic shih tzu dogs and we love the beach, sand, and the people who come here. Its quiet and pleasant. The house is just right for us, and a nice short walk to the beach or the Trading Post. Everything worked perfectly and we hope to be back again in a few weeks. It was nice this year to watch the news for rain and not oil.

And being so generous and flexible. We love it here and hope to visit the Cape often. We came here for my best friend's wedding. It was on the beach by Sea Ya Later. It was a perfect day, beautiful sunset, weather and location. My husband,son (age 2) and Mother-in-law all enjoyed themselves. It was a much needed vaction for all of us. Your house was perfect for us. Our son loved the screened orch. If we come back the Sea Ya Later also looks like a great house. It was a perfect vacation for a wedding. Thank you so much. Here at the Sea Casa and I can already say that we will be so sad to leave your inviting home. We really felt like we hit the jackpot when we arrived-clean, lots of room and great kitchen furnishings. The greatest of all, you allow dogs. Navin, my boxer mix loves adventure and I have always dreamed of taking him to the beach. So many places are unfriendly to larger dogs and it is nice to have found a place to return to with hime. We ae already trying to figure out when we can come back! My fiance and I had a great time but as I sit here watching Navin on the deck "recovering" from the past 3 days of beach fun, I know he enjoyed it the most. Thanks and many happy returns.
