Beautiful 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Kicking Horse Condo offers private ground level (no stairs) entrance and close handicap parking. Located at the base of Sol Vista Ski Basin, the private ski lift is just a short walk away. Our condo contains premium features including Jacuzzi whirlpool tubs in both bathrooms and a large Master Suite separate from the main living area. Perfect for family retreats, it sleeps eight comfortably with a queen bed and full futon in the master suite, two twin beds in the second bedroom and a queen sofa/sleeper in the living room. Other amenities of this beautifully decorated condo include a gas fireplace, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, Cable TV, 2 TVs, DVD and VCR players. Outdoor amenities include community hot tub and BBQ grill.
Whether it’s skiing in the winter or golfing in the summer, Granby Ranch and the surrounding area provides numerous activities for the entire family. Sol Vista Ski Basin is perfect for beginners and intermediate skiers and is a great place for family skiing with short lift lines and sparsely crowded trails. For more adventurous skiing, Winter Park is just 20 minutes away and offers free shuttle service.
In the summer, you can hike one of the many trails or test your skills on the world class Sol Vista mountain bike park. Minutes away are four championship golf courses, including Headwaters Golf Course just outside your door!
Just 15 miles to the north is beautiful Grand Lake and the south entrance to majestic Rocky Mountain National Park. Other area activities include fly fishing, boating, snow tubing, snowmobiling, ice skating, and sleigh rides.
The nearby town of Granby is just 3 miles away and offers several restaurants and shopping. Nearby Fraser and Winter Park offer many stores, shops, restaurants and nightlife.

We had a great time in Sol Vista. The Condo was very nice. We had everything we needed and it is close to all of the activities in the area. The Condo was clean and very comfortable. We look forward to staying there again.

We very much enjoyed our recent stay in your condo. It exceeded our expectations. It is clean, comfortable, roomy, well equipped and close to Sol Vista ski resort (about a 5 minute drive). Sol Vista is a nice little family resort - we had a great time. Thanks!

The description was exactly what the condo was like, it was easy to get to and there was instructions from the owners and listing of events to do which was very helpful. The condo was very clean and had everything necessary to cook nice meals after a long day of sking. The area was beautiful and was so close to Winter Park and Grand Lake. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

We just spent a 5 days at this condo and we have nothing but good things to say! The condo is on the bottom floor of the kicking horse complex and has a pristine view of the mountains right out the front door! With the 2 bed rooms and pull out couch there was plenty of room for our family of 5 and everyone enjoyed the accommodations. The condo was better then the pictures and super clean we would highly recommend this to any of our friends or family. There was so much to do nearby we did not have to drive very far to make everyone happy! Some of the activity's we did include: Horseback ridding at Snow Mountain Ranch, Golfing at Headwaters (Grandby Ranch) Beautiful Course!, Hot Sulfur Springs, Hiking (Ski Area), Fishing Gran Lake, White Water Rafting High Side Adventures (Idaho Springs), Drive up to Mount Evans (Highest paved Highway in North America). We really enjoyed ourselves and we look forward to staying here when ski season is here.

We took our 8 and 10 year old boys to Sol Vista skiing and enjoyed this condo very much. The owners and property manager were very freindly and helpful with good advice about the area. It was our first visit to Sol Vista. We will definately be back. The condo was very comfortable. We used the kicking horse lift which worked out well. Great owners to work with you wont be disapointed.

This condo is roomy and comfy. The well-equipped kitchen made it easy to "eat in". The large baths are a luxury. It was really clean and well maintained.
