Private Home on 35 Acres with big views from snow capped La Plata mountains to the Four Corners and Ute Mountain. This is a 400 square foot brand new park model home a mile from the town of Dolores. Has all full size appliances and a 37" HD TV DVR with Dish Network. Halogen lighting on dimmers, ceiling, window fans and AC.
Kitchen item include a Krups coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, all dishes and IKEA silverware. The sun comes in my south facing widows in the morning which is a good time to look out for deer, red fox, bobcats, and the finches at the feeders.
Take a walk around the perimeter of the acreage in the evening during sunset to find pottery shards and see wildlife. Sleep well with cool nights at 7000 feet.
