It is peaceful, gorgeous and most of all EXTREMELY RELAXING. The condo itself is very spacious with the 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are plush king suites with jetted tub and sliding glass doors leading to an oversized balcony large enough to dine on and still have another area for lounging. Expansive ocean views from family room and Master as far as can see. The 3rd guestroom offers a unique "full" size bunk bed "with" a twin trundle (sleeps 5 if needed). The sofa in the family room folds out. Always a soothing ocean breeze while you watch the sunset and stare at the picturesque dunes. The condo is decorated modern and comfy and very clean line for relaxation. There are flat screen TV's in every room. The kitchen is stocked w. anything you would need. All the flooring is pecan hardwood. Gated community with only 30 units. This particular unit is situated on the 3rd floor directly over the pool.

Why the Owner Chose San Remo
The texture of the powder white sand and the color of the turquoise water combined with the peaceful, relaxing, laid back true vacation feel. Biggest plus for our family is that when we "do" want to be in the middle of things we are simply a walk, bike ride or short car trip away. We can bike down to some of our favorite restaurants and have amazing food and never encounter the stress and hectic style of the tourist trap areas. Our balcony is of such size that dining on it is our favorite and often we never leave the view!

We love being close to Seaside, Watercolor, Grayton, Rosemary & Alys Beach, yet love the privacy of San Remo. The ability to get to Destin so quickly and the new Pier Park at PCB make this location too good to be true ! Hidden gem !

I just returned from a stay in this unit. The unit is very comfortable and updated. Stylish but casual. Much more beautiful in person!! This was my first trip to the beach in the Fall.....I highly recommend this time of year and a stay in this condo for a relaxing vacation. The owner was very helpful in regards to anything we needed.I hope to return soon!

My husband and I stayed with friends while on vacation. We loved everything about the place. It was very clean and had lots of room. The beds were comfortable and the place had all the amenities you needed to feel at home. It was a short distance to the beach from the room and had a great view of the ocean and pool area. When booking the room the owner was very helpful and easy to deal with. It was everything the pictures showed and more. We will certainly being going back next yr. and hopefully be staying here again.

Every year we vacation in the Destin area and this year found this beautiful condo in Santa Rosa Beach. This is a gated complex that gives you a true getaway experience . This condo has a grand balcony and plenty of comfortable seating and is a great place to sit relax and read or just take in the view. A truly beautiful condo with hardwood floors and lovely furnishings- there were many pleasant touches that the owner added that make you feel so at home and pampered. We loved the quiet and peacefulness of the San Remo complex and yet the easy access to rental shops for bikes,etc., bike trails- great restaurants and neat shops to browse along 30-A and in nearby Seaside as well as evening excursions to Destin. Many thanks to the owners of this lovely condo for sharing their beach home with us!

What an amazing find! Condo is directly on beach,which has white powder sand and turquoise water. Perfect location being so close to Seaside, Watercolor, Rosemary and Alys beaches. Also, great for bike riding. The condo and beach are very private and we liked the fact that the property is gated. The condo is immaculate and so nicely decorated . The owner was great to work with! She was very responsive and receptive to all our "needs".

This was the perfect place to spend the week during Christmas with our sons who are in their early 20's,and my in laws who live in Florida. Despite the fact that it was a cold week, but we knew this ahead of time we truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very comfortable for all 6 of us, very well kept and very nice decorated. We did most of our cooking, and the kitchen was very well equipped. We took advantage of the heated pool, but mainly the hot tub. Very impressed by how well kept were the facilities and general area. We have stayed in Santa Rosa in the past, and we love the area, close to supermarkets, shopping and restaurants. The view from our balcony was breathtaking, beautiful sunsets!! The owner from the moment I showed interest in her unit was extremely helpful by answering questions, and I liked the fact that we dealt directly with her rather than through an agency. I would stay here again in the future, and I would also recommend this unit to family and friends. We love the beach both in the summer and winter, so this is a perfect place for anytime of the year!

This condo has it all. The decor is beautiful and creates a relaxing atmosphere. The location of the condo is perfect and just a short walk to the white sandy beach. The San Remo is surrounded mostly by homes and small condo units so the beaches are not crowded. The balcony is huge with a wonderful view of the gulf. We did not want to leave!

We had a great time at San Remo! The condo is a good size, decorated nicely, and has a great view of the gulf and pool. We loved that it is not a high rise and that the beach and pool weren't very crowded. Lots of good restaurants nearby. We would definately stay here again and would recommend it to others.

This was not only our first visit to the Watercolor area but also our first visit with this owner . What a treat! The beds where comfortable, the condo was perfect! Very clean !!! The owner was very accomodating to our needs and wishes. We loved the balcony- perfect view of pool, beach, fountain and it is huge! We found lots of towns to shop and see! We already booked again!
