LOCATION:
1 Mi. from the lifts. Easily accessed by 2 free Town of Vail bus routes which stop almost at your door (please see the last picture in this listing showing proximity of the Simba Run Bus Stop to the house). The home is on a private street.
COMFORT:
All the things you need to have a great vacation are provided for you. High end finishes throughout this three level home. The mattresses are all premium quality pillow tops wrapped in high end linens. The floor plan is perfect for privacy or togetherness whatever you desire.
Top level has a Master Bedroom with a Queen bed, HD LCD TV, granite top in the bathroom, and a deck facing the mountains. The 4th Bedroom is private and small which is pefect for kids or as a playroom. It has a Twin Trundle bed that sleeps 2, LCD HD TV, DVD player.
Bottom level has 2 bedrooms - one has King Bed, the other - Bunk bed, and a Twin bed. If needed a second Twin bed can be set up in that bedroom. Both bedrooms have LCD HD TVs and DVD players.
On the middle level:
Dining Room is comfortable and can seat 8, it flows into a cozy Family Room which has a wood burning fireplace, 50" Samsung LCD HD TV, ample comfortable seating, and large windows. On the large deck you will find a PRIVATE BRAND NEW HOT TUB, and a new Weber gas grill.
VIEWS:
From main living areas and from the bedrooms you have panoramic views of the mountains. From early morning till the afternoon this home is filled with sunshine.

Recent complete designer remodel. Everything was stripped down to the studs and rebuilt with high end finishes. This is a platinum rated property with no expense spared. Comfortable Premium mattresses are covered by high thread count linens. Gourmet kitchen with granite countertops is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a great meal. There is even a cappuccino/espresso maker.

It is very important for us to be surrounded by the same first class amenities in our home that Vail is so famous for. Our home has a lot to offer to a discriminating renter who expects everything to be top end. When choosing a home the view was one of the most important things to us, and this home has it! In the morning you get to see the sunrise over the ski mountain as you sip your coffee. In the afternoon see the skiers come down for their last run of the day while enjoying your favorite apre-skiing beverage.
