We are within steps of 2 Free Town of Vail Shuttle Bus routes which stop frequently and get you to the Village and the mountain fast. A short 5 min ride gets you to the center of Vail Village.
WALK TO TOWN: you can take a short walk to Lionshead base area over the pedestrian bridge. This home is located on a quite, private street.

All the things you need to have a great vacation are provided for you. High end finishes throughout this three level home. We can comfortably sleep 10 guests in beds. The mattresses are all premium quality pillow tops wrapped in high end linens. The floor plan is perfect for privacy or togetherness, whatever you desire.
INCLUDED WITH THIS RENTAL - You will have your own private property manager who will meet you upon arrival, set you up, and attend to all your concerns and questions during your stay. We also handle all the snow removal for you. Just relax and enjoy your vacation!
ON THE MAIN LEVEL:
Dining Room flows into a LARGE Family Room which has a gas fireplace, 40" Samsung LCD HD TV, ample comfortable furniture, and panoramic views of Vail Mountain from 2 story windows. There is a full bathroom on this level. On the large, wrap around deck you will find your own PRIVATE HOT TUB, and a new Weber gas barbeque grill. For your convenience the garage has been converted into a heated ski changing area with warm forced air professional boot and glove dryer/heater. There is plenty of seating for everyone to change.
TOP LEVEL:
has a large Master Bedroom with a Queen bed, HD LCD TV, and a deck facing the mountains. The master bathroom Has a granite counter top and a large walk in slate stone shower.
Across the bridge, which overlooks the living room below, is the 4th Bedroom which has a Twin Trundle Bed that sleeps 2, LCD HD TV, Sony Play Station 2, and a DVD player.
This bedroom is private and cozy which is perfect for kids or just as a playroom.
BOTTOM LEVEL:
has 2 large bedrooms - one has A King Bed; the other - Bunk beds, and a Twin bed. If needed a second Twin bed can be set up in that bedroom. Both bedrooms have LCD HD TVs and DVD players. The bathroom on this level has double sinks, plenty of cabinet space, and a tub/shower with sliding glass doors.
VIEWS:
From main level and from the bedrooms you have panoramic views of the mountains thru floor to ceiling windows. From early morning till the afternoon this home is filled with sunshine. You can watch the skiers coming down from the mountain as you sip your favorite apres ski drink.

After traveling all over the world there was only one place for us - VAIL. The largest ski mountain in the US. In contrast to mountains like Beaver Creek and Breckenridge, Vail offers everything for everyone. Easily accessed by air via Vail-Eagle and DIA airports.
The amenities in Vail are first rate. Great restaurants, children's ski school and after skiing activities, hiking, snow shoeing, shopping, spas, snow mobile trips, dog sledding, and more. Even when we bring non-skiers here they find many great things to do during the day while the rest of us are skiing. A favorite activity for non skiers to do is to take a free gondola ride up to Adventure Ridge after 2:30 and meet up with the skiers in the group and have lunch, cocktails, or cappuccino and enjoy all the activities up there like tubing and Snowmobiling.

Everything in this house was stripped down to the studs and rebuilt with high end finishes. This is truly a platinum rated property with no expense spared. Comfortable Premium mattresses are covered by high thread count linens. Many guests comment that the beds here are better than the ones they have at home. Gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a great meal. There is even a cappuccino/espresso maker. In the afternoon see the skiers come down for their last run of the day while enjoying your favorite apre-skiing beverage. House was lovely and very clean. We were vacationing with our 4 adult children - the home provided a good separation of space, yet a living area that accomodated everyone. Anything we needed was attended to by the property manager who was very responsive. Great view of the mountain! Good location - easy walk into Lionshead. We didn't use the bus system - but a quick drive over to pick up the snow boarders was not a problem. Great property - would love to return.

#1 - The property owner and the property mgr understand this is a vacation, and the process is simple. Who can ask for a better beginning. #2 - The experience for this house begins even before you arrive. when you are contacted by the property mgr addressing all arrival items to ensure a smooth transition from your home to this one. #3 - Upon arrival at the house you will be greeted with a smile by the same ultra friendly pm to advise on anything house & Vail related... Afterwhich you are free to enjoy a town and a home that will impress all visitors. Anything you need - simply text, email, or call the pm.. They are the definition of customer service. #4 - The bedrooms and beds are stupendous. Bathrooms aplenty with more than sufficient space for multiple users. The view is mind blowing [ as you will see through the oversized windows, the second you enter the living room ]. Decks, Hot tub, new grill, gas fireplace, granite counter tops, dryer for boots and gloves, ski changing room, washer & dryer, closets, dressers!! #5 - Prepare to have your expectations exceeded. Our group of 7 has been taking ski trips for 10 years and we were thoroughly impressed... best place at best price. You're sure to receive the Vail experience here! An absolutely gorgeous and beautiful home yet..so comfy and cozy! The kitchen was amazing and well-equiped..love to cook and everything was there and great quality. Lovely wood floors and the most incredible views of VAIL. The beds were sooooo comfortable and great bedding. Washer and dryer were nice to have...Fireplace was so easy to use and I just can't say enough about how great this home is...definitely a home away from home and VERY relaxing...also thanks to Wendi and Joe for all they did to make our stay so very nice. Close to grocery and vail. Everything I could imagine we might need was right there. I could have stared out the huge windows at the mountains all day long! Easy to get in and out of and great location for the home. It was just the two of us but it could EASILY accomodate a huge family and everyone would have their own t.v. Owners left many personal items available for use and that just makes everything so much easier on a trip. Just amazing....definite YES to staying here again.

This is a very nice property and a good deal for Vail, which can be pricey. The unit is beautifully furnished and kept in excellent condition. The location in West Vail requires a car to get to Vail Village (or shuttle bus), but that is no problem in the summer, when parking is free and plentiful. There are only two drawbacks to the property: (1) at night you hear road noise from I-40, which is about 1/3 mile away and (2) one of the bedrooms is really a converted office/study - very small and w/o a nearby bathroom - also poorly ventilated. As such, it is best suited for children.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We had a great time in Vail and this house made our vacation perfect! Beautifully maintained and decorated, everything looked brand new. Very clean, comfortable beds and sleeps a large group well. Loved the fireplace and hot tub. Close to everything that we needed. Would definitely recommend to a friend and would stay there again.

The house is just as the owner has described. The garage was converted into a ski room which is a great feature to unload your ski equipment at the end of the day and place your boots on the ski heaters for the next day. The kitchen is well equiped. The walk to the free bus shuttle is less than 2 minutes and the bus runs every 20 minutes. This house offers a property manager to meet you upon your arrival. This house is well kept and clean.
