We have vacationed at the Notch since 1994. We have just upgraded this unit to have the furnishings that you feel comfortable coming home to each night. Imagine your 1st cup of coffee out on the covered deck, overlooking the true Ozarks. The well-equipped kitchen provides many options--pack a lunch, place a frozen meal in the crock-pot, or dine out and just keep snacks and favorite drinks. It's also nice to have the dishwasher when you are through. Kick back in a recliner and rest a while. At the end of a fun-filled day, return to the condo where you all can share your experiences in the living room instead of piling into one motel room to get together.

Why the Owner Chose Branson
We enjoy Branson and Silver Dollar City. There is so much to see and do that we never get tired of going to Branson. We first rented at the Notch, then in 1995 purchased our first condo here. Everyone is so friendly in this community and it is very quiet and peaceful. We want you to experience this and once you rent from us, we know you will be back!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We enjoy going to Silver Dollar City and sometimes want to come back to the condo in the afternoon to rest a while, then return to the night show. It is so convenient because of our location and you don't have to fight all the traffic. You will enjoy the peace and quiet of our condo. We have over 150 acres of beautiful Ozark timber (which is breath taking in the fall) surrounding us, with hiking, fishing and two swimming pools. You can be anywhere in Branson in a matter of minutes including the outlet malls, Branson Landing, the shows and theatres, Moonshine Beach, boating, miniature golf, fish hatchery, golf, water park and much more.

We had such a wonderful time during our stay. The condo was VERY clean and comfortable! We have three small children and it was the perfect size. We loved the location and how quiet the neighborhood was. We loved the feeling of being in the country but it was just a very short drive to Branson. Terry and Marie were wonderful in letting us book a last minute stay. We can't wait to return and stay here again!!!

We had a great time staying again at your wonderful condo. Notch is such a relaxing place! In our opinion it's the best place to stay in the Branson area --and we've stayed at many different condos and resorts during the past 32 years!! Your condo is so clean, comfortable, and well-decorated. What an inviting place to come home to, after a day of sightseeing, shopping, and music shows! The back deck is awesome, with beautiful views of the trees and dogwood. This is without a doubt one of the few places in the area that still has the Ozark Mountain views. We didn't make it down the trail to the "catch and release" lake (due to rain and limited time) but we plan to do that next time. We can't wait to come back! Thanks so much for providing a wonderful place to stay!!
