'SOME LIKE IT HOT'... Is a LARGE RAMBLING vacation home that you will not want to leave. This home boasts 4 bedrooms, three baths, plus an outside shower. All the amenities you could want and just a few steps from the amazing 12,000 square foot LAGOON swimming pool with water falls and different levels. There is easy access to the beautiful sugar-like sand beach.
This gorgeous, Non-Smoking home is large yet cozy, hard wood floors in all rooms and tile in all the baths. All the counter tops have either granite or stone. The large great room is perfect for the whole group to gather. The great room and all four bedrooms have TV's and DVD's. Numerous games have been provided with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy. There is a large dining table, bar seating and additional dining seating. PLUS..., there is a table with chairs on the VERY large screened in front porch, this porch is very unique to this development and is where you will spend a whole lot of time!
The master suite has a King bed, TV, and an amazing bath area with a very large walk in shower with 2 shower heads. There is access to the large screened-in porch from the master suite. There are two rear hallways that house the other 3 bedrooms. One hallway has a private queen bedroom with a private bath, with access to the rear porch. The second hallway houses two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed that share a lovely hall bath. These bedrooms are extremely large and have plenty of storage and built ins.
The stone wood-burning fireplace make it the perfect choice for visits in those chilly months. Once you have stayed at 'Some Like It Hot' you will want to return again and again. All this on a single floor... no steps to climb! Scroll down to see all pictures.

We have stayed at "Some Like it Hot" for the past two summers and plan to return in the future. We booked sight unseen the first year and were not disappointed. Diana answered all of our questions and made us feel very comfortable before we left. Each time that we arrived the house was clean and exactly as described on the website. While we have not experienced any major issues on either of our vacations, anytime we needed to get a hold of Diana she was always accessible and took care of whatever we needed. Also, after our stays, the security deposit was refunded in a timely manner. The ranch house is excellent for families w/ small kids. The location is unbeatable as it is a short walk to the pool and even the beach (although we usually use the tram which starts at 9 AM). We 'google mapped' the distance and were actually surprised how short of a walk it was as compared to the google description. Our favorite part about the house is the big screened in (most houses do not have this) front porch. Our experiences in booking the stay and with the house itself have been great. I am confident that you wouldn't regret staying at anytime throughout the year.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

We ventured to Seacrest Beach with friends this year. I love this house because the size and configuration of the rooms made it possible for the kids to have space and 2 sets of adults to have privacy. The furnishings are comfy and so many bathrooms a real plus. The open kitchen and great room make it an ideal place to hang out, watch tv and be able to cook easily while talking with others. We used the outside shower to wash the sand off every day before coming in. No other house has the big screened porch on the front. This is a perfect place to put dripping pool toys, have coffee in the morning or gather to play games or eat when there might be rain. The pool is fantastic. Just down the neighborhood block . . .close to the house but just far enough away that you don't hear any noise. The kids were in it morning and night. The beach is beautiful and scenic. It is an easy walk or the beach tram will deliver you to the steps. Shopping is splendid in the communities very near and the restaurants are diverse. An additional plus for families are the plays, music, farm markets, and other events that you can attend within minutes. For the nature lover there are preserves and parks for hiking. 30A is a very scenic drive making it easy to tour the little towns up and down the area. We experienced Gulf World for a day and had a great time. Our girls were "trainers for a day" there and had a great experience. We went parasailing in Panama City and loved it. There is so much to do and the location is perfect. We can't say enough about feeling comfortable, ease of location and the amenities in the area. A great place to be busy everyday or just relax. We will return again and again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+, girls getaway.

"Some Like It Hot" is wonderful retreat. Every feature in the house is upgraded. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The decor is beautiful. You can't see how nice the rooms are from the pictures that are posted. The front of the house is screened in. I did not see any other home in Seacrest with a screened in porch. Our kids played board games at the table in the porch. My husband and I had morning coffee there. The outdoor shower was great for washing off before going inside. The walk to the beach is 7 or 8 minutes at a liesurely pace. We only used the shuttle once throughout the entire week because the walk was easy. The pool is gorgeous with an abundace of trees and plants in the landscaping. Rosemary beach is within easy walking distance for shopping or eating. The beach front road (30A) runs much faster than the strip in more commercial places such as Panama City. HINT: The grocery store is only 5-10 minutes away if you go west toward PC.
