Welcome to our vacation rental site, first of all we want to thank you for considering our property and taking the time to view the photos and reading about the property. This home was built in 2000 and we purchased it from the original owners, they live in Alberta Canada and only used the property for 3 months out of the year during the winter. The property is located in the center of town which makes it quick convenient for you to get where to you need to go. Just 2 miles from the London Bridge and all of its amenities such as boat rentals, Resort Hotel's, shopping, and walking and off roading trails.
Our goal is for you to enjoy our property so much that it will be your first choice to stay at when you return to Lake Havasu City, we are constantly making upgrades and improvements based on our visits and past client remarks to make sure that we leave no stone unturned when it comes to making you feel at home.
Our property shows "Pride of Ownership" and the condition is extremely good, the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need including microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, electric range and oven. All utinsels and cooking ware are provided. The bathrooms and flooring are like new. There is also room for RV Parking with hook ups for water, AC power and waste. This home definitely is a "Home Away From Home" and we welcome you and your friends & family to enjoy the Lake Havasu experience without sacrificing the comforts of home, we look forward to hearing from you soon!

Why the Owner Chose Lake Havasu City
David and Tanya have been coming to Lake Havasu since the early 1970's, we are addicted to the area and we love to go Off Roading, fishing, water sking, to spend time relaxing and exploring on the Colorado River. After renting vacation homes in the area for literally decade's we decided to purchase a home of our own to use for ourselves and our friends and families.

We both agree that Lake Havasu is logistically one of the best spots on the Colorado River, we enjoy visiting the casinos in Laughlin, spending time on the "Parker Strip" below Parker Dam, and 4 wheeling in the designated off road areas around Lake Havasu. Our neighborhood is very peaceful and relaxing with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and breath taking sunsets, with a peek a boo view of the lake.
Just a short 2 miles away from the London Bridge Resort area, fearuring restaurants, shopping, and boat rentals.
Quick and easy access to State operated boat launch, this is the most popular launch in Havasu City.
Another popular place to launch your boat, Boat slips are available for overnite use.

We stayed the mth of Nov 2011. When we first arrived we found that the house just gives off a comfortable feel to it. We didn't want to leave but another family had it reserved for Dec. It's nice, clean, and as I said, very comfortable. The owner is very nice and checked several times to ensure we were pleased. Yes, we would stay there again and will be recomending it to our friends. It's difficult to find a short term rental as without recomendations from reliable sorces but we sure feel that we hit a home run on this one.

We rented this home for three months from January thru April 2011. The house is very clean and had everything that we needed. It is very nicely located in a very quiet neighborhood and easy to get anywhere in the city. The owners are very friendly and concerned abour your stay. This was our fifth year in Lake Havasu and found this was our best location. We would recommend this home to anyone.

My mother and I enjoyed 2 months at this beautiful home this winter. It was tastefully decorated with everything we needed for our stay. The owners were so pleasant and helpful and made us feel that we were "at home". There is so much to do in Lake Havasu and surrounding areas and we would recommend this home and area to anyone wanting to get away for either a short time or a long stay.

There were 8 of us that spent a long weekend in this amazing house. It was big enough to house all of us comfortably. The house is very nicely decorated and could tell a lot of love went into it. Everything that we needed was already in the house (dishes, utensils, washer/dryer, coffee maker, towels). We sat outside on the patio and drank coffee in the mornings. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. I highly recommend this rental property. We would definitely stay there again and again.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Cosnina home. The home is perfect, well cared for with all the amenities to make our stay enjoyable. The beds are clean and comfortable. We just came from a wonderful stay at this home in Havasu. The owners were wonderful to deal with; very accommodating and pleasant. They made sure we had all instructions ahead of time and were very laid back. They made sure to check in with us to answer any questions and to make sure we were comfortable. They really wanted to make sure we enjoyed it enough to be repeat visitors. It was very comfortable and other than our clothes and toiletries, we did not need for anything else! It was great! We have used VRBO in the past and have not yet been disappointed. This house was exactly what we were looking for on our quick getaway. We'd love to stay again on our next visit! Thank you!!!!!!

I would definatley recommend this property. The house was clean and very nicely decorated as shown in the photos. The kitchen was fully supplied with all cooking essentials. We had ample room to park our boat on the side of the house. The property owner was very helpful in providing property instuctions. Grocery stores and restaurants are just down the street. Our stay was literally a home away from home and we hope to rent this propery again. Thanks for a great stay!

We rented this property for three months and really enjoyed our stay. The neighbourhood is quiet and the location is close to everything. I would not hessitate to rent this property again. The owners are great , very accomodating and easy to deal with. We liked Lake Havasu so much that we bought our own place but I would certainly recommend this property.
