This beautiful, Tommy Bahama decor, fully furnished 'King's View Resort' waterfront/beach level resort condo is on the first floor, just a few steps from the sand. Stunning, spectacular, and unobstructed views of The London Bridge, the beach, the lake, and the channel, are seen from the large windows, and the two covered patios. During the day, park your boat on the beach right in front of the condo!
Relax on the sand or patio, and enjoy the parade of boats in front of you. Step inside this well insulated dream condo and enjoy the peace and quiet of the designer decorated condo with 46" flat screen TV and DVD player. Additional flat screen TV in king master suite and TV in queen master suite.
There are only a few of these beach level units! They have larger kitchens than the upper units and have two master suites complete with large vanities with double sinks and sliders that lead to the covered furnished patios with ceiling fans. The views are spectacular from the expansive windows overlooking The London Bridge and the beach.
The kitchen is fully appointed and has a breakfast bar that seats four.
Amenities include stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, microwave, dishes, wine glasses, coffee maker, toaster, washer, dryer, and barbeque. Very comfortable beds in both bedrooms. Air mattresses, pump, sleeping bags for the kids are provided. Condo is supplied with toilet paper, trash bags, laundry, dish, and bathroom soap, and all linens.
Enjoy the heated pool and pool house, or step out to the sand and water to enjoy the lake. There are several boat launch ramps just minutes away.
Stroll along the waterfront walkway to the English Village, London Bridge, marina, restaurants, theaters, and nightclubs, or simply walk across the street to a multitude of choices for dining, entertainment, and shopping.

Enjoy the view of the London Bridge. It was brought over from England stone by stone in 1971.
Havasu Landing Resort and Casino is located across the lake. Arrive via a short ferryride that departs a few yards from the condo.
Shopping, Restaurants, Boat Rentals, Boat Excusions are available close to the condo.
Public launch ramps are available at Windsor State Park and Lake Havasu Marina on the island; just minutes from the condo.

What a beautiful condo.......this was our second stay at Kings View and our first time in this unit. We loved every minute of our three night getaway.....in fact we tried to stay an extra night, but it was already booked!!!! This unit is beautifully decorated and situated in a perfect location! We can't wait to go back.....the owners are a pleasure to work with.....!

This is the most amazing condo with 2 master suites (seperate) and the view is breathtaking. We enjoyed the whole weekend it was so close to the water and the bridge. We will be staying there again... The family that owns this have done a very good job with decorating and the beds are so comfortable.We have stayed other places in Havasu but this is our favorite........5 stars for everything and they got our security deposit back within a few days.....
