Don't let this glamour home fool you as everyone who desires world famous vacations are worthy. Everything in this unit is brand new. Over $80,000. in renovations to match the multimillon dollars spent to remodel both buildings and its ammenities.
From the moment you walk through the Penthouse doors your vacation starts as a fantastic view awaits you in every room.
Your vacation home will be cleaned and sanitized. We try not to rent the day before your arrival to perform a deep cleaning also allowing guests to choose there arrival as early as need be the next morning.
Guests receive a welcome gift as a reminder of your stay in this luxury beachside home. Children are treated as important guests and we always like to please them with little special treats. Two Junior size treasure hunters/metal detectors for the children to spend hours beach combing. Don't worry, there is an adult sizes also. Mini character fishing poles and a couple for the big people. Fish in your back yard or across street or even Dania Pier.
The Penthouse has a modern to traditional look complete with 24" porcelain tile floors. This 16th floor Penthouse with 10 ' ceilings has 2-bedroom, 2-bath with breathtaking inter-coastal panoramic city views right on the beach and the world famous Diplomat and Nikki Marina two buildings down. You can view it all from the balcony, both bedrooms and the master bath..Just installed in every window, luxurious custom made drapes.
The thick 60" square glass dining room table seats (8) overlooks a panoramic view of the city lights and intercoastal waterways. Bedrooms and living room have custom made beautiful box ceiling lighting with crown molding. There is crown molding through out the whole condo unit including the ceiling of the 10' high closet.
Custom designed kitchen is amazing with its huge farmhouse hammered copper sink, copper pot filler, wood ceiling, and crown molding topped cabinets all with glass doors. Multi colored tumble rock marble on the walls makes this marvelous granite kitchen complete with dishes, appliances, pots/pans, margarita maker, pods coffee maker, regular coffee maker, expresso machine and many other convenient appliances make this kitchen just a true joy to cook in. Guests will enjoy an abundance of different coffee and tea from many of their favorite coffee houses. (personal request for a specific brand)
Modern master complete with brand King size temper-pedic mattress and large 52" flat screen TV. Guest bedroom Temper-pedic & has a fantastic intercoastal view also with 50" flat screen TV. Each room can fit a playpen or pack n play if needed. Two good raised air mattresses for that extra company. The sofa is very deep and can be used as a twin also the loveseat is perfect for a chid. A pack & play, a stroller and carrier/car seat is always available at no charge.
Have a glass of wine and a romantic dinner and be enticed by the city lights at night, city view in the day while you watch boats, 4 or more story yachts and sail boats slow down and stop right in front of you for the bridge to allow them through.

The Tides is best of both worlds as you have fantastic intercoastal views and your right on the ocean. - , Watch Boats, Sail Boats, & Yachts on the Inter-Coastal right from your balcony, day or night, the amenities of the Westin Diplomat Hotel within walking distance aprox 1 block. Restaurants, shopping and boutiques a walk or short ride away. Aventura mall within minutes.
This location is within minutes to airports, casinos, fantastic shopping including famous sawgrass mall, aventura, south beach and many of the best dining available in south Florida.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Of course we enjoy the beach as it is our own private beach. We lease 4 beach chaises, cushions, and umbrella's annually. We have a private movie theatre that seats 20 and although I am not much of a movie buff, my husband is. So we bring our blankets, pillows, popcorn and drinks to the movies that no one else shares with you at that time. We love to sit out on the balcony and watch the beautiful Yachts and Gorgeous Sail Boats go by on the inter-coastal waterways and our view of the city is fantastic. The freedom at the tides is amazing as the people are friendly. Being in the penthouse has its perks as we never bring up our groceries or bags, the valet does.

WOW! What a great place. The unit was impeccable and perfectly suited our needs. I cannot say enough of the owners, what great people! Gail & Terry provided anything and everything we could imagine. They even went out of their way to leave beach toys for my niece & nephew who spent a day with us. Arrive knowing that all you will ever need has been provided. Just add food and your drink of choice and you have the makings for an unforgettable vacation. It’s centrally located to shopping malls and grocery stores. In fact, I forgot to bring swimming trunks (yeah, I know….it was a Florida vacation :) ) but a quick walk to a shop down the street fixed that problem. No more hotels for us, from now on when we stay in South Florida we will contact Gail & Terry first!

The condo was very clean as we walked in along with the owner so he could show us everything we needed to know. The view on the waterway has given beautiful sunsets. We enjoyed the large and well equipped kitchenn. Both bedrooms have tempurepedic mattreses and each had 52 inches flatscreen TV. The building is well maintained as well as both swimming pools. We were within walking distance to Wal-Mart, Walgreen's, 7eleven and numerous restaurants. We fully enjoyed our stay and surely would return.

Our family stayed in this condo from Dec. 22-Jan. 2, 2011 and had a wonderful time. Gail and Terry really did go above and beyond to make our stay extra comfortable. They even got an infant car seat and a playpen to accommodate our 12-months old! They provided us with everything a family with young children might need and more. Beach chairs and umbrellas, along with the beach toys, were much appreciated as well. And I haven’t even mentioned a beautiful white and pink Christmas tree and gifts for the kids… My husband and I could not say enough good things about the property and the hosts. We would come back in a heart’s beat!

Our family stayed for the July 4th week. The condo was accurately listed. The condo was very clean and Gail and Terry obviously take pride in sharing well maintained accommodations, and making sure that you have everything you need to enjoy a vacation.In addition to the beauty of the unit, the facility offered a lot; such as a private theater and game room. Gail was a superb hostess. The beach chairs that were already paid for was a pleasant bonus as well as the two parking spaces. Gail and Terry were available for any questions our family may have had. Exquisite kitchen with extras provided such as coffee, creamer, and paper products. Other extras included toys for children, movies to watch, and some fireworks that we could set off on the 4th. I highly recommend this relaxing and comfortable rental.

I stayed for the month of Feb and had a fabulous experience. Gail was wonderful as is the staff at the Tides. My daughter was getting married at the Crowne Plaza and the Penthouse was home base for all things wedding. It truly felt like home, from the beautiful kitchen to the comfortable beds and fully equipted and newly redone condo. The 2 parking spots were freat and the beach chairs and umbrella was a plus. It was very important to me to have a beautiful, comfy place to spend with my daughter before her marriage and this place truly felt like home. Gail and Terry, thanks for everything, you were most gracious at the end of my stay with my flight cancellations due to the snow at home. I hope you enjoyed the pictures I sent from the wedding, the pictures of the girls getting ready at your penthouse looked beautiful and a great time was had by all. Hope all is well, thanks again for a wonderful stay, the location and condo was superb.
