This nice size beach condo has a modern to traditional look complete with 24" porcelain floors. This 16th floor Penthouse with 10 " ceilings has 2-bedroom, 2-bath with breathtaking inter-coastal city views and the world famous Diplomat and Nikki Marina two buildings down. You can view it all from the balcony, both bedrooms and the master bath..Just installed in every window, luxurious custom made drapes.
The thick 60" square glass dining room table seats (8) overlooks the city lights. Bedrooms and living room have custom made beautiful box ceiling lighting with crown molding. There is crown molding through out the whole condo unit including the ceiling of the 10ft closet.
Custom designed kitchen is amazing with its huge farmhouse hammered copper sink, copper pot filler, wood ceiling, and crown topped cabinets all with glass doors. Multi colored tumble rock marble on the walls makes this marvelous granite kitchen complete with dishes, appliances, pots/pans, margarita maker, pods coffee maker, regular coffee maker and many other convenient appliances, just a true joy to cook in.
Not into cooking? There are many famous eateries with in a 10 minute drive and many that deliver or just walk over to the Diplomat for a wonderful dining experience.
Master modern bedroom set complete with brand new temper-pedic mattress and large screen flat TV. Second bedroom have a fantastic view also with 50" flat TV both have DVRs with on demand.
This Condo will Sleep 4 or more. Bedroom #1 has a King size bed. Bedroom #2 has a Queen size bed. There is also a Deep couch and love seat which sleeps like a twin. If you find you need a bit more privacy than the sofa's we have 2 twin air beds.

Why the Owner Chose The Tides
Hollywood Beach is one of the top vacation spots in Florida with many attractions such as boating swimming night life and the famous Westin diplomat is two doors away and can be seen from your balcony. This location is within minutes to airports, casinos, fantastic shopping including famous sawgrass mall, aventura, south beach and many of the best dining available in south Florida.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Of course we enjoy the beach as it is our own private beach. We lease 4 beach chaises, cushions, and umbrella's annually. We have a private movie theatre that seats 20 and although I am not much of a movie buff, my husband is. So twice a week we bring our blankets, pillows, popcorn and drinks to the movies that no one else shares with you at that time. We love to sit out on the balcony and watch the beautiful boats go by on the inter-coastal waterways and our view of the city is fantastic. Although it is a condo, the freedom at the tides is amazing as the people are friendly. Being in the penthouse has its perks as we never bring up our groceries or bags, the valet does.

We are a family of 2 daughters, and 4 grandchildren. I am a writer and enjoy taking photographs. My husband is a painting contractor and all of our work is swing stage work, as in high rises like the one here in the times. Our family lives close by and we have a teacup chichi named Gizmo. My husband is an avid jai alai player which is close by and tennis also. We like to sit out on the beach as much as we can. i do charity work. My husband and I donate painting to a few charities such as Easter seal society and Hollywood Boys Club. We do quite a bit of traveling as our company has qualified supervisors to handle our business.
