To call this home "Paradise" is a big claim. It is true. There is no finer oceanfront home for rent in the Ponte Vedra/St. Augustine area, perfect for 2 to 3 families. Custom features include beautiful maple flooring, exquisite granite countertops, wood cabinets, designer lighting and plumbing fixtures and more including an available elevator. The layout, appointments and amenities are designer inspired from a famous area architect.

But let's start with the highly acclaimed Serenata Beach Club next door, just 700 feet down the beach. It is all yours'..free.. and included in the weekly rate! Three pools including an adult pool (oceanside), a family pool and a fabulous kids pool ... hot tub, full fitness center, daily kids activities, fitness classes including yoga and more ... all free, plus a fabulous bar and restaurant. The premier home in the area with the Beach Club next door ... the best of all worlds.

The Great Room is really a Great, Great Room with panoramic ocean views where ever you are. From the Living Room area with large TV (Cable) and fireplace including World War II battleship port hole window peaking out to the ocean to the gourmet Kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances. Then there's the the Dining Room that seats six plus and the Breakfast nook that offers views to both the sunrise over the ocean while you sip you morning coffee and the sunset over the Intercoastal. And, of course, the wet bar is fully equipped.

All five bedrooms have ocean views. Four include their own full baths and are really four MBR suites...two with Kings, one with a Queen and one with two doubles. One includes a mini kitchen and one includes a sofa bed. The Bunk Room is the 5th bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. The home can comfortably sleep 14 to 16 people including children, especially with the sofa bed in one MBR and an air bed.

All four full baths are beautifully appointed ... one with a Jacuzzi and one with a Steam Shower. Plus, a half bath.
