This 1500-square-foot, like-new, luxury CHAC-HA condo is located in an exclusive, gated community just 45 minutes from Cancun. Playa del Carmen is the fastest growing tourist destination in Latin America. The condo is adjacent to the first tee of the Robert Von Hagge, 18-hole Championship Golf Course where you are only steps from paradise... the blue Caribbean Ocean and the incredible white sandy beaches.

You can use your VIP card at the Reef Club Beach Resort to enjoy the beach, tennis, scuba lessons, gym, spa, beach lounge chairs, kids camp with activities, two swimming pools, and a discount on all inclusive meals and drinks. Other condominiums are available for rent in the Chac-Ha complex to accommodate large groups.

You will enjoy your little touch of paradise relaxing on the patio with your favorite drink while listening to the sounds of tropical birds. From the patio you can watch golfers tee off from the first tee or people (or your kids) swim in the condo pool.

You can spend your day in paradise at the beach, playing golf, snorkeling at Cozumel, exploring the Mayan Ruins, jungle tours, horseback riding, or enjoying one of the Eco-parks of Xel Ha and Xcaret.

Evenings in this paradise setting are just as exciting, by taking a 15-minute walk past Mayan Ruins you will be in the center of town where all the action is. You can take advantage of the dozens of excellent and inexpensive restaurants and bars on Playa del Carmen's popular Quinta Avenida (Fifth Avenue). You can spend the evening eating, drinking, listening to music, and dancing.

What makes my condo different from the other condo rentals? I love to vacation at mine!! We all want our vacation to be a wonderful experience with all the comforts of home coupled with the pleasures of a tropical resort.

This condo has pollished marble floors throughout with hand crafted furniture. The patio furniture is authentic Mexican wicker and marble. The condo has HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET, tropical ceiling fans, top of the line washer and dryer and appliances. The second bedroom has 4 adult sized bunk beds and there is also a queen size Murphy Bed if needed. There is upgraded digital thermostats in each room making it easy to read and set the temperature.

  • APRIL 2006 What a BEAUTIFUL place to stay. There 7 in our group (3 adults, 3 teens and 1 child) and we had plenty of room. We enjoyed the pool outside the door and the beach at the Reef Club across the street. We felt VERY safe in the condo and the location.   • We just got back from spending 2 weeks over Christmas at Donna's beautiful condo. It was amazing. You can tell that Donna has spent a lot of time making her condo feel like a home away from home for guests, while giving them a taste of Mexico. This condo was perfect for our family of 5, but could easily accomodate 3 more. The condo feels much bigger than what the photos show. The location is awesome...you feel very safe in this quiet spot, yet the nightlife is just a 20min walk away. We also had the condo pool pretty much to ourselves so we spent a lot of time there relaxing and playing games that we found in the condo. We definately plan on coming back and highly recommend Donna's condo. She's a pleasure to deal with, as is her property manager Carmen. They both really care about making your stay the best.

  • A very nice condo, with all the things we needed for a comfortable stay - everything from drinking water through laundry supplies down to sand toys for the kids to take to the beach. Kitchen is spacious and has all the tools if you want to cook. The condo and surrounding are kept very clean. We saw iguanas, geckos, many birds and even a couple of small animals we didn't recognize from the back porch. The pool was very refreshing and just steps from the condo. Recommended nearby restaurants include Las Brisas (Mexican seafood, $, Calle 4 Norte near Quinta Avenida), Las Mananitas (Italian+Mexican, $$, on Quinta Avenida around Calle 4 or 6), and La Parilla (broad Mexican menu, $$, Quinta at Calle 8), Yakche (Mayan, $$$, Calle 8 near Quinta) and La Tarraya (Mexican, $, on beach at end of Calle 2) Avoid restaurant Las Pinatas near ferry terminal at end of Avenida B. Juarez - tried to rip us off thinking we didn't speak Spanish and then made up ever-changing excuses. Taxis were very easy to catch out front, or across the street at the Reef Club. The Reef Club VIP card was very handy for days when we wanted to lie on a lounge chair in the shade while kids played in the sand without having to go to into town. Bring lots of sunscreen! We would definitely choose to stay here again when we return to Playa del Carmen.

  • Hi Donna, This was our first family vacation to Mexico (mid March 2005) and we had a wonderful time staying at your place! So much nicer to have a beautiful condo to relax in than a hotel room. The Reef Club beach was wonderful & the Playa resturants and shops were an adventure all week, Tulum is a great tour and Xcaret was my favorite. Our only regret is not being able to have a couple more days in "Paradise" to lay on the beach or go snorkel more. I was a little nervous about using VRBO , but everything was as you say in your condo info, the maids were great, the patio was our favorite spot to drink our morning coffee and relax.   • Donna, We really enjoyed your condo. It's actually nice to be able to relax on vacation. Your staff is great. Traveling with older teenagers it was really nice to spread out. The pool was quiet and relaxing. Mornings on the patio listening to the golfers and watching the wildlife was entertaining. It was a great home base for everything we did. The Reef Club was a great help in arranging tours and renting a car. The short walk to Playa opened up so many other experiences along with the ferry to Cozumel. We had a great vacation and highly recommend your home to others.
