Fabulous gated community of only 110 executive homes built around lakes and conservation areas. This is an outstanding villa. The magnificent property includes a huge extended lanai and pool area with hot tub/spa and extended pool deck. Top of the range pool furniture for eight.
The 30 foot by 15 foot, screened, south-facing pool is completely private and not overlooked since the house backs on to a retention area, a 6' high fence to either side of the property completes this privacy. The house sits on a 100 foot wide lot with plenty of space around it.
This triple garage, single-story home has been professionally furnished to a very high standard and is tiled in wet areas. Huge kitchen with separate utility and nook. All appliances included such as microwave, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Fabulous family room with 50 inch Plasma HDTV and DVD.Professionally installed cinema sound system. Video library and extended cable channel package to all outlets.
Ten foot sliding patio door opens on to pool area. Separate formal living area with sliding patio door to pool and separate dining area.
Master suite with king bed. Second master suite with queen bed. Two other bedrooms, one with twin beds and one with queen. All bedrooms have cable TV. Total of three baths (one doubles as pool bath). In lieu of bedroom #5, the home has a private study/teenagers room with TV/DVD, music center, and PlayStation. This room also has a sleeper sofa to sleep two people if required. All linen provided.
Grand Reserve is a fabulous gated community which includes lakes and wetlands - you will be ' in the country' yet only 12 minutes from Disney. Champions Gate Golf club with PGA courses designed by Greg Norman is just around the corner as is a Publix Supermarket. Numerous shops and restaurants are a short drive away. This is probably the best rental community anywhere in the Disney area.

We have stayed at this beautiful and secluded home 3 times in the past 5 years and recently have booked our 4th trip! This home gets better and better each year! The privacy is great, close to the parks and far enough away to go for a nice walk around this quiet subdivision. Love the hot tub after spending a long day at Disney or shopping. Friends and family have visited with us and we all think it is simply the best, great value for the money spent.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We have stayed at this villa before several times over the last years, but each time it's more wonderful than the last. The attention to details and cleanliness are what makes this villa stand apart from others. There is EVERYTHING here that you need to be comfortable, and the space is wonderful. Who wants to go on vacation and have all the adults and kids be on top of each other in a hotel room? My kids are older and it was nice to each have our own space to retreat to and relax. Plenty of TV's, plenty of rooms, and the pool was wonderful - clean and beautiful. Huge kitchen, nice to have washer/dryer for laundry. Owner and management are wonderful and very easy to communicate with. Can't say enough about this beautiful property!Recommended for: Families with teenagers.

We arrived late at night because of flight delays and were extremely delighted to find this beautiful home easy to access, spotlessly clean, and well laid out for our diverse group. We were seven relatives ranging in age from eleven to sixty-five. The pool and hot tub were delightful and private. The kitchen was well equipped and very spacious. The location was terrific, only 15 minutes from Disney. Within a five minute drive were a Publix and a CVS, and more importantly, because of our late arrival, a Papa John's with a very accommodating server. We adored this home, this vacation, and we hope to do it again very soon.Recommended for: People with disabilities, sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.
