  Had a perfect weekend with family & friend's. This property is IMPRESSIVE both inside and out ! The entire house and especially the kitchen is designed to accommodate LARGE group's. Having the two kitchen island's was useful for both food preparation and serving station ( buffet style) the second island for casual dining seating 6-8 people .For those that will be cooking for a large group, knowing the amount of time that will be spent in kitchen, this is the PERFECT house for you! The open kitchen design allowed for visiting with our guest while preparing meals. My biggest surprise was the upper patio which is nearly the full length of house! The backyard is BEAUTIFUL and shaded with big oak trees making for a picturesque view from both upper patio and ground level. Although we did not get out on the water the younger kid's enjoyed fishing from the boat launch area. Feeding the ducks AND several families of geese with their chick's was fun for all ! I am so glad to have chose this home as the "gathering place" to honor my husband's 60 th birthday and most importantly good times and memories were made. Thanks Sally for your efficient response to my e-mails and follow up. I hope to return again to this property and will recommend for sure!

  Our family (11 people total) met in Kingsland at this wonderful home. We came from Austin and Dallas. We wanted a place to get away, relax, and enjoy our time together. We had an amazing time! The home had so much space to all be together, yet privacy for everyone with the bedrooms/baths on the 4 corners. We loved sitting outside on the deck, enjoying the peaceful surroundings. We also loved being able to have our boat on the boat lift. We loved our sunrise and sunset cruises on the lake. Having the private boat ramp was awesome! So easy to get the boat in (and out of) the water! Our kids (ages 9 and 10) had fun playing in the backyard and fishing off the dock. We had such a great time that we wished we were able to stay an extra day (or 2 or 3...!!) We definitely want to come back and stay here again! I'm already looking at our calendars to book it again!

  We rented this gorgeous house for a family celebration. 14 of us including 3 very small children enjoyed the beautiful surroundings - fishing, boating and jet skiing. It has so many features that are appealing. The four bedrooms with private baths were very much appreciated. It is so safe for children. It has the feel of a new luxurious home. Two serving areas makes it easy feed a large family and with the dining room plus two tables on the patio, there is room for everyone. We highly recommend this rental. The rental agents are excellent, helpful and respond quickly to any questions or assistance needed.

  We just returned from here and found it to exceed our expectations. It looks very new, it is quite spacious and there was nothing that was lacking, the house had everything. We were the lucky ones who had the master bedroom. It's huge. And bathrrom with the shower that had 5 shower-heads (not to mention the 6th one for hand-held use) was amazing. All the appliances, TV etc are all new. Loved the large patio and pleasant view out back. Very quiet and served its purpose for our weekend. I would reccommend it and if you go in the summer months and have a boat, they have their own boat ramp! Just a great place for water recreation.

  The property is in excellent condition and sleeps 12 people comfortably. We very much enjoyed using the large kitchen to cook big family style meals the two nights we were there. The balcony is also a wonderful place to hang out after dinner on a nice night. I highly recommend this property to a large family or group of friends!

  We rented this beautiful home for the Thanksgiving holiday. My mother is handicapped so we were looking for a place that is accessible and also large enough for her to move around in her motorized wheelchair. This location was just perfect! Our large family had tons of space to spread out (we each had our own bedroom and bath) and when we all got together for Thanksgiving Day, the big, beautiful, well appointed kitchen and bar accommodated us nicely. The back yard access to the water was also a plus for the kids. I would highly recommend this rental especially for large family gatherings and people who need handicapped accessibility.

  Perfect experience! Sally (rental coordinator) was so easy to work with, process was very easy. Beautiful house and love the privacy, 4 bedrooms on each corner of the house with their own private bathroom. Will definitely stay here again!! OH and they have plenty of wine glasses now ;-)

  Our family had a fabulous time in this spacious home. It is even more beautiful than the photos. The private boat ramp and lift made it easy for us to enjoy the water. The shaded yard and patios allowed us to spend plenty of time outdoors. The property was well-maintained and clean. The bedrooms allowed for privacy and plenty of space. We especially enjoyed the privacy since there were very few boats passing by yet our access to open water was only a few minutes away. There is plenty of parking which is ideal for a multi-family rental and it was easy for everyone could come and go as they wished. We will definitely stay here again!

  We had four families (all related) stay for the Memorial Day weekend and had a blast! What a wonderful place! Plenty of room, beautiful backyard where we held a lovely party, great fun neighbors, etc.! The cove was such a peaceful place to lounge. One complaint...need a few wine glasses! :)
