You will stay in a beautiful house and have stunning views of the marsh with its natural beauty, a great place to relax and watch the wildlife. Yet, you are just steps away from the beach and pool. Just across the street is a community pool and the beach boardwalk. Walk to beach is no more than 5 minutes and a beach cart is provided making it ultra convenient to get your gear to Seabrook's beautiful north beach.
This house is a vibrant, fun, place for you and your family to enjoy. To help with your relaxation, the house has 5 flat screen high definition televisions, digital cable TV, wireless internet and a blue ray dvd player. Additionally the living room as well as each bedroom has its own ipod docking station.
Furnishings and decor is simply phenomenal like staying in a 5 star luxury hotel. All mattresses are extra plush to provide the ultimate comfort at night and all curtains have black out lining so that you can catch some extra winks despite the early sunrises.
Kids will not be seen since the 'kid spaces' are designed with them in mind with lots of great beds, fun toys, and creative vibrant spaces for them to play.
The outdoors beckons and there is plenty of space to enjoy the beautiful nature surrounding you. You have a bench on the front porch - a perfect place for applying sun screen. The private outside shower is ideal for rinsing after the beach. A fun extra large screen porch has plenty of built in seating as well as swinging chairs to kick back into and sip a drink and soak up the scenery. There is also a great sun deck with retractable awning making an ideal spot to dine al fresco or just to sit and watch the incredible nature and sunsets.
The living spaces are all interconnected and designed with casual living in mind. There is plenty of seating and plenty of places to dine. You can grab a bite to eat in the breakfast room, dining room or outside on the deck. There is also a beautiful fireplace which can warm up a cool fall/winter evening. All surfaces are brand new - new furniture, new cabinetry, new floors, new cookware, towels, and the list goes on. The kitchen has all new cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and is open to the other common spaces. Even cooking is fun in this vacation beach house.
The master bedrooms are fantastic! Luxurious bedding, luxurious beds and great bathrooms. Beautiful draperies, your every need taken care of .....you wont want to leave!
All of this just steps from a community pool and beach boardwalk. The view from the rear is of the marsh where you will be blown away by the stunning scenery and wildlife. Across the street is a community pool and behind the pool is the beach boardwalk. Beach chairs, beach wagon and beach toys are all provided for you.
All of Seabrook's amenities are at your disposal as Country Club amenity cards are included in the rate. You have full access to Golf, Tennis, Pools, Equestrian and to the Fitness Center. A local property manager is available if anything should go amiss.

We have stayed at quite a few VRBO houses but this one ranks #1 for us. Everything was just perfect, beds were comfy, dishes and cups and glasses matched (seems to be a novelty in some homes!) Perfect location to the beach, a short walk and a gorgeous marsh view. We fell in love with Seabrook many years ago and plan on being back this year. The kids room is so much fun and they loved going out on the swings on the screened in porch. This house works really well if you have a set of parents with you, our parents took the master bedroom upstairs while we took downstairs with our twins. The entire house is beautfully decorated, I think I sent Diane a few emails asking where she got certain items! You won't go wrong with this house, plenty of beach chairs, a great cart to lug things to the beach and back. And early evening is perfect for deer spotting and sunset gazing. Make sure you go to the concert on Friday at FreshFields as well as the Farmers Market Monday and movie on Wednesday. La Tela is a great Italian place to eat, they don't take reservations so get there early if you have little ones. Something fun to do is visiting where FireFly Sweet Tea Vodka was born, the Irvin House Vineyard has tastings for adults and petting zoo. The Fat Hen is a MUST! Make reservations or get there at 5.30 for a walk in, the cocktails are delicious as well as the food. Fat Hen is close to the Irvin House Vineyard. WE LOVE THIS HOUSE!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.
