New Construction, New Furniture, Pristine Sweeping Ocean View! The building itself has 20 villas each with it's own private floor. Guests access the villas with a private funicular which is a cross between an elevator and gondola. It's a very spectacular way to enter into the most spectacular.
The professionally designed unit is simply luxury at it's finest. Highest of the furniture are an amazing Italian leather mutil functioning sofa, solid onix coffee table, onix art, large onix lamps, and all onix pieces throughout, including the bed and night stands light up. The master bedroom has a large King sized bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds all featuring pillow top mattresses and Egyptian cotton bed sheets.
This unit also comes with unlimited internet and a local phone. maid service is available at $20 day.

This is a lovely condo situated in, to my mind, a perfect area in Puerto Vallarta. The thoughtful owners have provisioned this home to be very comfortable and are very responsive should you have need. The patio is such a wonderful place in which to awaken; we opened the giant glass doors to feel the ocean air had our coffee outside every morning. I miss it already.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

It lived up to expectations & we would recommend it to others. We have stayed at about 10 VRBO places over the past several years. I think this is the nicest so far. The decor, color scheme, and furniture are terrific. Nothing about the apartment disappointed us. It was nice to have a salad bowl - that is a must for us & lots of places don't have one. Cutlery and plates were nice - in some places these are bottom of the line and give a place a shabby feel. Nice selection of wine glasses, cutlery, pots and pans, & coathangers, and enough of them. Over all, it lived up to expectations. We were very happy with our choice and would happily stay there again. Takes about 10-15 minutes to reach the beach & downtown. Steep hill down so good exercise getting back (or you can take a cab for a few pesos). Favorite eatery: Jim & Jack's Fish Shack (Salade Nicoise with shrimp - yummm). Also Bistro Teresa & Archie's Wok at the pricier end of the scale.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
