This 16th floor, 3 bedroom/3 bath Beach Colony condo has upscale décor and is fully furnished with a 47' flat screen TV in Living Room. The kitchen is complete with black granite countertops. The large Master bedroom has a King bed and excellent bath/spa. The whirlpool bath, next to the fully tiled walk-in-shower, is surrounded by windows that give you a view of the Gulf while ensuring complete privacy. The kitchen, living room and hall are tiled and there is carpet in the bedrooms. The second bedroom has two Full beds and the third bedroom also has a Queen. Both bedrooms have balconies that overlook the Intercoastal.
A huge circular balcony facing the Gulf of Mexico and can be entered from the Master Bedroom or the Living Room.
Take a dip in the largest pool on Navarre Beach, play a game of tennis on our clay courts, or just relax on your balcony and enjoy the Gulf breeze.

We are currently staying here & it has been perfect ! We come to the beach after Christmas every year & usually rent a house on the beach in Panama City not anymore. Will definitely be returning to this condo. The pictures are beautiful but it does not do this condo justice it is breathtaking.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.
