  My sisters and I loved our visit to PCB. The condo was exactly as pictured, clean and well maintained. We had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was so beautiful and relaxing. Our morning walk on the white sand beach was our favorite time together. Milly and Cory were so easy to work with. What a plus! Please visit this condo, you won't be disappointed.

  I've stayed in many (probably more than 20) vacation rentals before, but never 'met' an owner that was better to work with than Milly!!! For her willingness to work with us, her great communication, and her positive attitude alone we would give this place 5 stars! But then there was that big, wonderful balcony....Ahhhh!!! One of our favorite parts of the visit was being able to sit at the nice table--in one of the sturdy chairs--drink morning coffee, talk, listen to the waves (quite LOUDQ) and watch the ocean waters roll onto the beach. The beach itself is great, with soft, white sand. The fact that Milly and Corey have chairs and umbrellas for their renters to use saves lots of $$ on beach rentals. The condo was very clean, with plenty of room for the 3 of us. At the time we were there, only one elevator (of 3) was running. That wasn't a problem until the 3rd day, when many people were coming in for a Jazz Festival. The one luggage rack in the building was in high demand...And there was usually a wait for the elevator. Also, parking is very strange. It's great that it's not across the road like many. However, to get up to the 5th level, there are 2 places where it is impossible to continue without backing up and making an extra turn...I imagine that in high traffic times, this could be a problem. But we had none. Overall--very nice place.

  The condo had eveerything you could think of while on vacation. Milly was great to work with before and after the vacation. By far the best condo and renter in Panama City.Thank you for alloying us to stay in your condo. Look forward to renting from you again in the near future.

  We stayed a month in this condo and found it to be clean and comfortable with an awesome view! The keyless entry is great, elevators are fast and it was very quiet. Really a terrific place to go and escape the snow. The beach was not crowded at all and we were lucky enough to see the dolphins swim by twice as we were enjoying the huge balcony! Milly and Corey were wonderful to deal with; they responded quickly to any queries we had. We would definitely go back to this condo in the future. Thanks again to Milly & Corey for sharing their condo!

  We chose this unit for a quick winter family getaway to the beach, and it was FABULOUS. We have stayed in many condos over the years, and I have to say this is one of my favorites. LOVE the reserved parking space very close to the elevator, and especially all of the little extras in the unit (games, toys, chairs). Beds were comfortable and view was amazing. The only downside to the unit was the lower shower heads, because both my husband and I are taller people. THANK YOU for making our winter vacation a much needed, quiet break!

  We enjoyed our stay at Milly and Corey's so much, so comfortable and the view is priceless. What we enjoyed the most was the hospitality, Milly was such a pleasure to deal with while setting everything up and today I when I got home from work there was a beautiful hand written Christmas card from Corey and Milly in my mailbox, by far the best experience I've ever had with renting property. I will never rent for anyone else, if the week I want is taken I will reschedule my vacation to be able to come back to their place. I cannot express how wonderful it was! So if your wondering whether you want to stay here or not the answer is YES!

  We took a last minute fall break and it was wonderful. This was our first time ever renting through VRBO and it was a pleasant experience. The room was just as beautiful as the pictures reflected. All of the extra's that were shown in the pictures were actually available. The owner's of the property were very pleasant to work with and answered any questions or concerns promptly! We took our four children ages 6-13 and had plenty of room for our family. It was very nice to have the beach chairs there so we didn't have to worry about bringing our own. I would recommend this unit for sure! It is beautiful and relaxing.
