This unit is ideal for a family with children, or anyone who prefers not to have to use the stairs or elevators every time they come in from outside. This charming ground-floor condo is a short walk from covered parking.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with cable TV and direct entry into bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen size bed and cable TV. There is a sofa in the living room.
