While your children swim in the large heated pool or nap in one of the queen sized beds, sit on the poolside patio and enjoy listening to the live band. The band plays Jimmy Buffet-style music on the beach deck at next door's FINZ pool deck daily during the Summer and on weekends in the Spring and Fall.
Walk right off the patio to the large Beachside II pool, or go directly to the Gulf's famous white sand beach. Enjoy the Gulf view from our large patio or the living room! This unit is ideal for a family with children, or anyone who prefers not to have to use the stairs or elevators every time they come in from outside. This charming ground-floor condo is a short walk from covered parking.
This unit was completely remodeled in 2006 and the bedroom carpeting was replaced again in 2011 (the rest of the unit is tile), and offers two bedrooms/one bath in Sandestin's popular Beachside II Tower.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with cable TV and direct entry into bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen size bed and a NEW 22" Flat Screen with cable TV. There is a sofa bed, queen size in the living room, a NEW 32" Flat screen TV with cable and a DVD/VCR player along with a separate radio/CD player. Free Wireless Internet.
2nd Floor Fitness/Leisure Center,sun deck and TWO Natural Gas Grills located on the north wall of the Beachside II pool deck all for use by BS II Owners, Guests and Rental Guests.
NO MORE AMENITY CARD REQUIRED: As of 4/1/11 the new and improved ownership of Sandestin has published "public" rental rates for the Sandestin amenities. You now can rent beach chairs, bicycles, play tennis, putt-putt, and ride water vehicles at the public rate price without having the "amenity card".

WEATHER RELATED INCIDENT –Full or Partial refunds will be given when:
1. The National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuations in the SANDESTIN RESORT.
FULL Refund-Guest is prevented access to the Sandestin Resort upon arrival.
PARTIAL Refund-Guest is required to evacuate the Sandestin Resort during their stay. (Payment based on days remaining)

My girlfriend and I stayed three nights at this Beachside II unit, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The owners were responsive and easy to work with. The unit was exactly as pictured and decorated beautifully. In the evenings, we enjoyed sitting at the table on the patio and listening to the waves hit the beach. Because the patio steps down to the pool, and the pool connects directly to a short beach walkway, there is no need for shoes once you walk through the front door of the condo. The beach was beautiful, and the water was clear and blue/green. Since the covered parking garage is situated right behind the condo, it was easy to hop in the car and enjoy the convenience to the grocery store, restaurants and shopping. We were very pleased with this rental and hope to rent again. If you rent, be sure to read the owners' instructions very thoroughly - there were a couple of times when we almost called to ask a question, but we re-read the detailed instructions and found our answer.

We spent a week at this condo and it was a week of perfection! Everything we needed, we had. The location of the condo was perfect...patio to pool to beach! The resort as a whole had friendly people and security was excellent! Very close to everything: shopping, eating, activities!! The condo owners were very gracious and easy to work with! Pretty sure this is our new favorite vacation location!

This is our 2nd year in a row staying at BSII Unit 4209. We absolutely love it! The condo is perfect and with a little one, it's great for accessing the pool and beach with ease (no stairs or elevators)! Jim was great to work with and was able to book it with ease! We returned from our trip to Beachside II recently and felt thankful for our experience. We were very apprehensive with the gulf situation, but Jim was very reassuring that we would receive a refund should the beach close. When we arrived, we found just what we were looking for. We wanted first floor, close to the beach, and close to the pool...which is exactly what we found. It was so great to be able to go out the patio door and be on the pool deck. Our children wanted to swim morning, noon, and night and this was the perfect location for letting them do this...no lugging towels and toys up and down stairs or elevators. There was plenty of room for our family of four and plenty to do in the Sandestin area. Our children enjoyed putt-putt out in front of the condo and the mini mardi-gras was a hit at the Baytowne wharf. We hope to go back again in the future.

We recently returned from a great spring break week at this lovely condo. The first floor location is terrific and allowed our young children unfettered access to the pool (no stairs/elevator) which is about 15 ft from the sliding glass door to the condo. You can see and hear the ocean from the unit and the beach is easily accessible (right past the pool...). The unit was very clean, well kept, and the owners were very responsive, friendly, and really cared about making sure all was well - and it was. We've stayed in Sandestine several times and prefer this to the Hilton Resort next door - it has the same beach views, the same beach, and your own semi-private pool. We're already planning a return trip. Thanks again. - Brent
