Our location is convenient to the traveler, yet tucked away and quiet. Perfectly located for the vacationer, World class whitewater is only 10 minutes drive West...and the charming town of Murphy only 15 minutes East. Or just stay here on our two acres and cast a line for trophy largemouth bass, catfish or bream in the pond. Stroll the paths that the Cherokee once wandered, or launch a canoe from the dock: its yours to decide!

The Cohutta Cabin is spanking new and child friendly. We have a list of destinations and eateries for your convenience. Children will love to catch salamanders and frogs along the ponds edge. There is even a special salamander "spot" close to the cabin.
