Waterfront cabin in the mountains. Peaceful, relaxing setting.

Cabin is nestled on one acre with pond. Wonderful getaway for fishing and swimming. Very quiet and peaceful area. Only 3 miles to downtown and 5 miles to casino. Whitewater rafting and kayaking on nearby Nantahala river.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put used towels in bathtub. Place all trash in outside receptacles and secure with bungee cords.
If any of our water toys were used, please return and secure the way they were found.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
An additional charge of $100/person/night for occupancy exceeding 6 guests. When using kayaks or dinghy, provided lifejackets must be worn.
Please run dishwasher up on leaving. Place all garbage in outside containers by chimney. Place towels in bathtubs.
If propane grill is used, please turn off gas after use. Extra propane tank under stairway.
