I stayed at the condo during the Christmas holiday. I was so pleased as to how hospitable the owners of the unit were. The location was amazing. We were just steps from the lift and ski school. For those of you with children, it was is so convenient. We were also able to walk to the shops and restaurants. The parking garage was easily accessible. The private door to the street was incredible. You could go right into the unit without going through the lobby. You could also park the car in front of the unit while you unload groceries. The unit was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was amazing and I would not hesitate at all to recommend it.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

The location was excellent! Very short walk to the village ski school, lifts and downtown Breck. The condo itself was very well appointed. Contained all the necessities and then some! We experienced a very minor problem and it was resolved immediately. Local contact was available and helpful during our stay. Owner was very attentive and checked to make sure we were enjoying our stay. I would highly recommend this condo!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
