Room 306 is a great room and the owner is a great person to rent from! It is a unique room with obvious extra effort put into decoration. The room is directly in front of the elevators with a beautiful beach front view everything the pictures show on this website. The pools are perfect for kids and security is always around to keep people out that are not guests. The owner will go the extra mile to assist you if you need her for anything, she is awesome;)Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children.

I can't say enough good things about our stay. Our condo was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Everything that was communicated to us was there and more. The Condo Resort is very nice and location was good. I would defiantly recommend this to others and I will come back!!!! Thanks to Monica for making this stay very stress-free and so enjoyable!! I would highly recommend renting from an owner.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

Great condo. Just the best condo around. It was fashionable and had everything my friends and I needed. We actually had more than expected. Monica(if I spelled that correct) was a great host and was there if needed. I loved the place. My friends and I will never forget this spring break and anyone that needs a place should rent this place out. I'm for sure going to hit this place up whenever I go back to PCB!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.

No check-in lines! You will be provided with a unique door code to your condo. Just park and go straight to your room! Your parking pass and arm bands will be waiting for you on the kitchen counter.
Additional 12.5% sales tax and $100 cleaning fee. This is the cleanest condo you will ever stay in. Also, dishwashing detergent, clothing detergent AND toilet paper are provided!

Here are a few details regarding your stay: -Check-in time is 4pm. If you would like to arrive earlier, we may be able to accommodate your request. Please call, email or text if you would like an earlier check-in time. - When you arrive at the resort, tell the security guard that you are just arriving and the owner has left your parking pass in your unit. Please leave this on the counter when you depart. - Your armbands and parking pass will be on the kitchen counter. Please leave these on the counter when you depart. - The condo is unit number 306. - Your code for the door will be texted or emailed to you at least 24 hrs prior to arrival Departure: -Check-out time is 11am. - Leave armbands and parking pass on the counter - Load dishes and start the dishwasher (detergent is provided) - Remove all soiled linens and put them in the hallway. - Don't forget to check drawers, cabinets, closets and under the bed for your personal belongings! - Drive home safely ;-) I try to always have my phone on me. I love to fish, go to the beach, dance, and take my boat to Shell Island. I love to share my knowledge of the area with visitors and help them create memorable vacation experiences!

The location is perfect. It is walking distance to some of my favorite places like Pineapple Willy's. It also features large sidewalks that are great for morning jogs or bicycling.
