This five-bedroom, four-and-one-half bath, beach house has it all! It is over 2200 square feet, professionally decorated, and has many upgrades. The walk to the beach is just 1/2 a block (about 350 feet).
The entire downstairs living area is ceramic tile, two large decks in the front of the house and one large deck in the back of the house overlooking your very own private pool. There are six TVs, DVD player, stereo, and a Playstation 2. It sleeps up to 16 people - one king, one queen, six doubles.
The pool area is awesome - fenced in for privacy, grill, a picnic table, covered porch swing, outside hot/cold shower, and best of all the pool is 12 feet by 24 feet! Cleaning is included in the weekly rate, but linens are an additional cost (or you are welcome to bring your own). Everything else that you will need to enjoy a great vacation is at this beach house, just bring your bathing suit and a towel! NEW - POOL CAN BE HEATED FOR $200/WK.
