We have just completed a professional renovation on this gorgeous vacation home in May 2012, which has 1,880 sq. ft. of living area.
The villa is conveniently located in a gated community that is just 1.5 miles to the gates of Disney! Mystic Dunes Golf Club is only 3min away by car.
Everything is new in this home, including accent painted walls, new furniture, brand new bedding and kitchen appliances. You will enjoy the Master Suite with king size bed, flat panel TV and a private bathroom. The two other colorfully decorated upstairs bedrooms each offer 2 twin-sized beds, offering lots of flexibility in sleeping arrangement. There is a downstairs bedroom with a queen-size bed and full bath. there are flat panel TV's in all of the bedrooms. This spacious home also has a sofa sleeper in the living room which makes it available to sleep up to 10 people.
The newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops and breakfast area with 2 bar stools. There is a new formal dining area, and a nicely appointed living area with a flat panel TV, a DVD player and Free high speed wireless internet and free local and long distance throughout North America! There is a wii player with basic games, or you can bring your own games to have some fun. For your convenience, the home has a new washer and dryer. Stroller, highchair and crib are available upon request.
After a busy day, you will definitely enjoy the peace and tranquility of the screened and covered Lanai which overlooks a soothing private lake where you will be able to watch birds native to the area come to the water to feed and drink. A walking trail around the lake provides a nice retreat from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks.
The clubhouse features a lagoon-style pool (heated in the winter months) that has shallow parts and very children-friendly, a children’s play area with a dancing fountain, tennis and basketball courts, beach volleyball court. There is a state of the art fitness center, a game room,even a kitchen. A new BBQ installation will soon be open in July.
The Resort is also a short drive away from Universal Studios, Sea World, Disney's Wild Animal Kingdom, excellent restaurants and shopping (premium-brand Outlet shopping and upscale dining in nearby Celebration are all within 15min drive). There is a supermarket less than 5min away by car. It is less than half an hour away from Florida International airport.

It was the perfect place for the 9 of us, including 2 small kids, for our one-week Disney vacation. The house was clean, spacious, fully furnished and decorated and everything we needed was there - appliances, cookware, dishes, glasses, cups, flatware, etc. It's very close to the Disney theme parks. Shops, outlet malls and restaurants were also nearby. The house was everything it was advertised to be. The place is highly recommended. Will definitely stay at this same place again in our next vacation in Orlando.Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, families with young children, sightseeing.

I was searching for an exceptional place to house my extended family who were visiting the USA for the first time. As soon as I saw the video of this condo, I knew that I had found the place. The entire unit is newly decorated in a beautiful, sophisticated decor that makes you feel like you are staying in a very expensive hotel. The bedrooms were exquisite, and we slept 8 adults here in great comfort. The kitchen was well stocked, with pristine appliances, and the living area offered a large, modern TV and an elegant dining area where we were able to have wonderful family dinners. The condo complex offered a large pool and hot tub with pool side bar that we really enjoyed after long days at Disney. Finally, Howard and Danielle (the owners) were super professional. We received all the information we needed to process the rental in a prompt and professional manner, and they responded immediately whenever we had a question. Our security deposit was also refunded promptly after we checked out. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for an elegant and sophisticated place to relax while staying within a very short drive of any of the Orlando attractions. We will definitely be returning the next time we visit Orlando!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.
