Enjoy the enclosed, private side yard, furnished with lounges, and dining facilities or relax on the front patio overlooking the golf course, also complete with lounges and dining facilities. The kitchen is fully equipped and has stainless steel appliances.as well as a small breafast bar that seats two. The living room has vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace and wet bar with sliding doors to the front patio, Adjacent is the dining area that seats 6 and has a ceiling fan and sliding doors to the private side yard.. Both bedrooms and den have ceiling fans as well as wall to wall carpeting. The Master bedroom has a sliding door that leads to the private side yard and is furnished with 2 chairs and ottomans on which to relax. The en suite master bath has double sinks, a stall shower and it's own walled in patio. The second bathroom has a tub with overhead shower and is across the hall from the second bedroom. The den looks out on the interior atrium that also can be seen when entering the unit.
Monterey Country Club has 24 hour security along with a 27 hole world class golf course and 19 tennis courts. The condo is located near the South Gate and security making exit to all the attractions easy.
