  This is a nice 1bd room condo that overlooks a very nice pool area. All the amenities needed, just buy food. The staff at the building was very nice and accommodating. The owner, Barry, was always very quick to respond to my questions and/or concerns via email. The Mall of Asia (MOA) is within walking distance, just go when the sun is not so hot. We had a great stay. One final note. The unit is small, so you don't want to be inside all day. It's a great place to relax a bit and get a good nights sleep and eat meals. Good value.

  Very nice place to stay and very affordable. Close to MOA walking distance if you are not carrying groceries or if don't have toddlers with you. But if you do, it would cost just USD 1.50 from MOA to this residence, if metered. Very clean, has a nice park for kids and pool for a fee of about $ 4 to use. Just wonder if there is a provision for garbage chutes so staff dont need to go around the units collecting garbage. I thought there was an emergency when the guard went around ringing a bell, only to find out it was garbage collection. I failed to read the text from property manager telling me about the "bell". Anyway, I recommend it, will go back there again when I get the chance.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  Owner response: Thank you for the review. The tenants staying in the unit have access to the pools and playground at no cost. The tenants are able to bring up to 5 guests with them to the pools, however, there is a fee payable by the guest.

  Overall stay good. The owner's response to my concerns were excellent. The place comfortably accomodated two people, I suggest bringing blankets for the bed, it gets cold when A/C on at night. Will recommend and definitely stay at this place again.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car.

  Owner response: We have now supplied warmer bed covers that would allow for those guests who wish to run the air-con when sleeping.

  First, a little bit about myself so you get a picture of my point of view... I am a young traveler (<25yrs old) from California, US. My first trip outside the US was here. I had recently traveled here with my older brother for a wedding in Tagatay, our parents booked us this place so that we have something to do -- staying by the Mall of Asia was a great idea! It was literally about 1-2 blocks away, walking distance (and I'm not fond of walking mind you). During our stay, they were still doing a lot of construction, but still manageable for residences & staff. When it comes to customer service, I am picky. Location: Great location nearby Mall of Asia! Not difficult to find at all. Customer Service: Friendly hotel staff & greeters. Nit-picky with guests, but this is a good thing.. you don't want random people walking in! Rooming: We stayed in Hotel Building "D" and it was just perfect for both a long or short stay. When I was there, I mainly used the sofa bed and it was just fine for me. Bedroom holds 2 closets & a weighing scale. Space: We had guests over, about 8 of us and it wasn't too crowded, someone always had to stand up though if you're all in the 'living room'. View: We didn't really get a great view, rather we only could see the pool from the window. Restroom: Clean. A full bathroom (1 shower, 1 toilet). They even supplied toilet paper! (1 roll) Cleanliness: In the Philippines, I would say it's difficult to be perfectly clean and I myself am a semi-neat freak. However, this place was clean. (8/10 for cleanliness) Weather: The whole time we were there, we had the A/C on full blast. This was great... till later in the night. The one bedroom could be freezing over and the place with the sofa bed could just be chilly. Please note that the two rooms (bedroom & living room) ARE NOT SEPARATE, there are giant gaps at the ceiling that DO NOT SEAL the rooms (the only thing that separates them is a door, but remember, the ceiling portion is not seal-able). TV: I didn't watch TV when I was there, but it looked like a few American movies were on as well as Filipino game shows. I can't remember if it can play DVDs. Kitchen: Fully stocked with utensils, microwave, stove, fridge, sink. (Fridge is empty. ~5ft tall, 2-3ft wide) Pool: Freakin' awesome. Other thoughts: I would recommend this place to friends. You can even see the Mall of Asia workers walk by because their office is across the street. =)

  Owner response: This is a brand new unit, only taken ownership in August and everything is new. There is still construction proceeding at the complex, as there are 6 unit blocks in the complex, and one of the blocks is still being fitted out, block D is completed baring external finishing. The amenities area is completed, again baring some landscaping. With regards to toiletries, tenants are supplied with initial supplies, but there will be an increase to those supplies, depending on length of stay. The unit is a 1 bedroom, as all the 1 bedroom units in the complex, there is a gap at the top of the wall that separates the bedroom from living room. This does not take away from the privacy, as there is a door between the rooms.

Deposit of 10% required within 10 days of booking, balance 30 days before arrival.
Refunds are only given if cancelled within 30 days of arrival.
