Welcome to Medina Lake, a paradise near the Cowboy Capital of the World, Bandera, Texas. In this newly updated home, which sleeps 8-9 guests, you will find comfort, amenities and a great getaway. Park your RV in our RV parking (extra charge for hookups). Spend your days on the water, using the private boat ramp to dock your boat or jet skis. Relax at sunset on the lower patio, enjoying the views, the wildlife and a cocktail, then enjoy a delicious BBQ on the upper patio (charcoal BBQ provided), with views of the lake and two acres of trees and cactus. If you can tear yourself away, retire indoors to the comfort of a flat screen, satellite TV, large sofa/loveseat, dual-sided fireplace and a separate dining room. This comfortable home is fully stocked with linens, appliances (including a dishwasher and washer/dryer), and kitchen necessities. All you need to bring is the boat and the family/friends.
The house has 3 bedrooms, one master with King bed and private bath with shower and walk-in tub. The second bedroom features bunk beds, the third a queen bed. There is also a daybed/sleeper in the living room. A second bathroom has a shower/tub combination. Home is only partially ADA compliant, with walk-in tub, ramps to home, patios and boat dock.

About the owner: Cary and Carol Abate are transplanted Texans. Carol is from Montana and Washington State and Cary is from California. They are currently residing a few miles south in Lakehills, Tx.
Why the Owner Chose Medina Lake:
We followed some good friends from the area throughout the years and made a pact to spend our retirement years in Texas.
