Surf Sounds is located on a private dead end street just just .4 miles from Heceta beach. This 780 square foot studio house with attached RV Garage that will hold your full sized pick up with ATV trailer, the Harley or your car. It's nestled among pine trees and wild rhododendrons, in a fantastic sunny wind protected area. While you can't see the beach, you can listen to the sounds of the surf, and enjoy a quick stroll down to the beach with your dog or children.
This is a studio, so it's one large room. It has an alcove for the queen bed and a privacy screen separating it from the living area. It's light and bright with lots of windows. You can turn the TV to watch it from bed or the living room. The bathroom, has a shower tub combo, and there's also a closet and pantry area to store your things.
The living area has a pool table, a futon, a 27 inch flat panel TV with basic cable. A couple of comfortable rattan chairs and a dining table for 4. The kitchen has a full size self cleaning electric range, microwave, full size refrigerator and everything you'll need to cook. This is a great location for a couple, or a couple with small children.
The patio beckons you to sit & relax with a glass of wine to wind down your day. We are sure that whatever you do, you will find a nice warm feeling when you return to Surf Sounds after your days activities.
For your convenience there is a Golden Retriever sized dog crate in the garage, and a washer & dryer.

Year Purchased: 2006
About the owner: We bought our home in 2006, which is comprised of two properties. One of course is our home and the other we used as office space for my paralegal work. We were always looking to utilize both properties and when I finished working, we decided to rent that space as a vacation rental. My husband and I are from Michigan, but we’ve also lived in Utah for awhile. We later moved to Eugene and always enjoyed coming over to the coast. We knew we wanted to eventually retire here.
Why the Owner Chose Florence:
We enjoy the sound of the waves from the beach. We also love to walk on the beach every chance we get no matter what the weather, and Jetty our Golden Retriever loves it even more.
The Unique Benefits at this Studio:
One unique benefit of Surf Sounds is the pool table. It’s always fun to play a game of pool when time permits. It is also very quiet and peaceful with trees and large rhododendron bushes surrounding our properties. Being super close to the Beach, but protected from the wind and usually out of the summer fog, also makes it a fantastic location.
