Amenities	Washer Dryer Linens Provided Garage Covered Parking: A garage within easy walking distance to the condo is available as well as a parking permit for an extra car in outdoor parking. The circle drive, parking lot and walkways are professionally cleared of snow for easy access to the condo. Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer: A trailer with a boat may be parked in the parking lot. A trailer without a boat may not be parked in the lot. Gas Fireplace: The key and lighter to the gas fire place are located within the rustic armoir in the Living Room. The key may be inserted on the left of the fire place.
Beds	King Bed Queen Bed Child Bed: An inflatable double bed is available and is located in either the Linen Closet or Guest Room Closet. Crib: A GRACO portable crib with changing table and mobile is available for babies and infants. The GRACO crib typically is located in either the Linen Closet or the Guest Room Closet.
Entertainment	Cable/Satellite TV: A Flat Screen 37" television with VCR/DVD and cable is located in the Living Room behind a rustic armoir. DVD VCR Video Library: The television channels are located on channel 3. Videos and DVD's are located in the cabinet beside the fire place that has a moose on the door. CD Player Shared Hot Tub: The shared Hot Tub is across the manicured lawn and can be seen from the balcony of the condo. Shared Pool: The Incline Recreation Center and Burnt Cedar Beach Resort both have pools. The Recreation Center Pool is indoors and the Cedar Beach Pool is outdoors. Sauna: Near the spa is the sauna.
Kitchen	Full Kitchen: The kitchen is stocked with spices that you may need, a coffee pot, and all of the comforts of home. Cooking Utensils Provided: Whether baking, barbecuing or sauteeing the kitchen has all the supplies you will need. Outdoor Features	Gas/Electric BBQ Grill: A stainless steel barbecue that requires a propane tank is available on the view balcony. Propane if needed is available two blocks away at the local gas station. Charcoal BBQ Grill: Some people enjoy grilling with charcoal. Charcoal, a lighter and a charcoal mini-weber are available in the garage for your convenience. Balcony: The balcony is a delightful place to spend an early morning, lazy afternoon or early evening respite. The chairs are bar style tall for easy viewing over the railing. The chairs swivel and rock for convenience of looking at the view, speaking to friends inside the condo or facing the table for an enjoyable meal.
View/Location	Mountain View: A view of manicured greens, mid-tree and tree top and snow capped mountain can be seen from both the Living Room and the Balcony. A quad of condos are across the greens and are at a comfortable distance to not feel crowded. The lake is moments away down a paved path, approximately a two block gentle walk.
