- Garage : A garage within easy walking distance to the condo is available. A parking permit for a second car is also available in the condo. The circle drive,walkways and parking are professionally cleared of snow during the wintery weather.
- Gas Fireplace : The key and lighter to the gas fire place are located on the fireplace mantle. The key may be inserted on the left of the fire place.
- Parking For RV/Boat/Trailer : A trailer with a boat may be parked in the parking lot. A trailer without a boat may not be parked in the lot.
- Parking Off Street : Additional parking spaces are located behind the garage with easily accessed walk-path to the condo.

- Baby Crib : An elegant GRACO portable crib with changing table and mobile is available for babies and infants. The GRACO crib typically is located in the Hall Closet next to the washer and dryer.
- Double : Inflatable double bed air mattress is available in the hall closet. Extra linens are available in the linen cabinets in the Master Bath or Guest Bath linen closets.
- Queen : The Queen bed is very comfortable and of the highest quality. It was originally in the Master Bedroom.
- King : The King Bed is a recent addition to the condo and of high quality for a good night's rest.

- Communal Pool : The Incline Recreation Center and Burnt Cedar Beach Resort both have pools. The Recreation Center Olympic sized Pool is indoors and the Cedar Beach Pool has a water chute (slide) and is located outdoors and about 1 mile from the condo on Lakeshore Blvd. Burnt Cedar and Incline Beach have beautiful picnic grounds and play areas for children.
- Video Library : The television should be on channel 3 to operate videos or DVD's. Videos and DVD's are located in the cabinet beside the fire place that has a moose on the door as well as in the armoir. Movies for children and adults are available.
- Satellite Or Cable : A Flat Screen 37" television with VCR/DVD and cable is located in the Living Room behind a rustic armoir.
- Shared Hot Tub : The shared Hot Tub is across the manicured lawn and can be seen from the balcony of the condo.
- TV : A TV is also located in the Master Bedroom gentleman's chest.

- Balcony : The balcony is a delightful place to spend an early morning, lazy afternoon or early evening respite. The chairs are bar style tall for easy viewing over the railing. The chairs swivel and rock for convenience of looking at the view, speaking to friends inside the condo or facing the table for an enjoyable meal.
- Gas/Electric BBQ Grill : A stainless steel barbecue that requires a propane tank is available on the view balcony. Propane if needed is available two blocks away at the local gas station.
- Outdoor Grill Charcoal : Some people enjoy grilling with charcoal. Charcoal, a lighter and a charcoal mini-weber are available in the garage for your convenience.

- Mountain View : A view of manicured greens, mid-tree and tree top and snow capped mountain can be seen from both the Living Room and the Balcony. A quad of condos are across the greens and are at a comfortable distance to not feel crowded. The lake is moments away down a paved path, approximately a two block gentle walk.

Check In at 3 p.m. Check Out at 11 a.m. or 2pm check-out for day-use fee of $75, not always available Returnable Security Deposit of $300 required. 1/2 reservation fee is requested. Cancellation must be one month prior for deposit return. Credit Card Charges will be through Dave's Auto Repair. Reservations will be made through David and Robyn Weinstock.

We stayed here with our 2 and 1 year old kids, my brother and sister-in-law and their 3 year old. It was perfect for our family. Close to the lake/beach, easy drive to jogging stroller-friendly hiking, and the owners were very responsive. They have a 3 year old themselves and leave a nice stash of toys in the condo. Will likely stay here again.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay so much we just had to let you know. Your place was very clean and modern with everything we needed for a GREAT Stay! My Wife enjoyed the kitchen. It had everything one would want for cooking any meal. The kids enjoyed the hot tub/pool and beach and all of this makes me truely happy! THANKS AGAIN! John

Extraordinary views and a convenient location sold us on this beautiful condominium. We enjoy great cuisine and found it at the beautiful restaurants at the Hyatt Resort. During the warmer months the beach and recreation center are an easy walk away. During the ski season a shuttle to Mt. Rose ski resort is available across the street. We have found that relaxing in this condominium is as enjoyable as leaving it for sport and fun. The view of manicured lawns, birch and pine trees is lovely. Thank you for your interest!
