This luxurious fifth floor privately owned Villa offers a spacious terrace with a view of the ocean, Medano Beach and Lands End. The Villa features a dramatic iron entryway, travertine marble floors, granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms, and ceiling fans throughout.
The Mediterranean style living area features a large dining table, buffet and entertainment center with VCR, stero, DVD. Enjoy the intimate furniture arrangement with queen sleeper sofa and seperate bathroom. Slidding doors lead out to the spacious terrace and a spectacular view of Lands End.
Enjoy a modern upgraded kitchen that is fully equipped with breakfast bar, side by side refrigerator/freezer with filtered ice and water dispenser, range top, oven, micro wave, dishwasher, garbage disposal and walk-in pantry. There is also a laundry room equipped with washer, dryer, seperate sink, iron and iron board.
The Master Suite features a king bed, Armoir dressers with cable TV. Enjoy the quite solitude of a sitting area with couch and coffee table that leads out to the terrace.
The Master Bath features an oval spa tub with separate shower. The granite stone countertop has double sinks and includes a vanity sitting area. Unpack your suitcases into the large closet and make yourself at home!
The guest bedroom features two queen beds, armoir with cable TV and a separate desk area. There is a separate guest bathroom with private shower, bath and vanity area and ample closet space.
